    There are so many different body types. She has a beautiful healthy and normal body. Fitness is not about looking the same but to be healthy and feel great, challenge yourself and be the best you can be. As far as I can tell their vids show great diversity.

    I'm just so impressed by the fact that her pelvis has no anterior or posterior tilt at all. It's just perfectly aligned. My aching back and right hip are like: Please. Please.

    Why is it 6:30 A.M. winter dark when she first steps out on her epic journey to get to a location where she can do a HIIT class and then it is 8:30 A.M. winter light when she arrives? She does pose a good question. Why does just one more mean so much more? Is she like a ballerina and has to train this hard so that she is more employable in her craft? Is she a professional tennis player who needs to go this hard to stay above the competition and thus make more money and have more fame? Is she a CZcams / Tik Tok personality making money off of bikini haul videos? Now I am completely obsessed with knowing her answers. Why?! Why?!! Why?!!!!!!!! :D
