Beautiful! My wife and I are eventually moving to greater Orlando from the Midwest, we will contact you, Ken. Wondering if you could put a map link in the video descriptions of these videoed homes for the neighborhood (doesn't have to pinpoint the exact house) as there are so many neighborhoods you represent. We have a house of this size on 1.1 acres now, love space to stretch. Anyhow, your videos are tightly filmed and edited and a joy to watch. Thank you.

Does Champion Gate have any luxury homes?
Not in the traditional sense. Big homes with nice pools. Sure! But high end finishes and such. Not really. Reunion wouldn’t be a better match

@@kenpozek Not quite ready. But I've been digging up everything I can about reunion. Haven't seen too many houses on the market and don't know if they're building. Still waiting on a few investments but I would love the resort atmosphere with a luxury home. I know you can't speak on it but Lennar homes at Champions Gate looks a little cheap. I actually like alot of there homes but the dont build those at Champions Gate.
It will soon be worth $800-900k. Mark my words.
