Very interesting house, lots to love about it. Definitely needs an elevator, if for no other reason than to get your groceries down. The dumb waiter would mean running up and down loading and unloading your groceries and such. The primary bath/shower needs privacy curtains, or you just as well invite kids/guests in with you. There certainly is enough room.

I don't like the primary bathroom there's no privacy. People on the back yard can see right thru your window while you're taking a shower

@@LuxuryHomes thanks. I think i commented in the wrong video. I was making dinner and had them playing back to back. Its amazing how much house and style one can buy with that amount of money. Something like that here in Miami would cost almost $10Mills.
That home needs A LOT of work. It looks like it was built in the 80’s. There are some lovely moments, but overall, to me, it looks like it needs a fair bit of work.

does the house have an elevator? please show the features like the chandeleirs when you speak of them. here is a nice chandelier and your cameraman stays on you. wut? pan UP so we can see it. also the kitchen. show ALL the appliances. you showed the walk in fridge. show the other fridge. and the ovens are not ranges. and what was that thing that had all the parts in the drawer. you mentioned it but did not show it. thanks

This one does not have an elevator, just the dumb waiter for groceries. Also the kitchen appliance on the counter that had all the parts in the drawer was similar to a kitchenmaid mixer where you can change the parts and have it do quite a few different things....blender, meat grinder, etc...
