  • Tanglewood Mill is a site on Coke Street Derby. Planning permission was applied for in 2014 to convert the building into 22 apartments and five workstations. The site sold for £265,000 but still remains derelict 5 years later.
    It was originally built in 1898 by the company J Bonas & Son to manufacture tape. “Then in the early 90's the building changed hands and was used by Rykneld Tean until 2003 when it was used as a furniture storage
