I startet drawing isometric with the amazing free open source Inkscape. But I also like to draw on this isometric paper and a pen. It is very relaxing for me - kind of Sudoku but slightly more creativ 😉. Thx for your lessons.
Wow who knew bubble letters were so hard! The finished drawing looks so simple, but deng! That was complex! I love it and want to get isometric paper now and do lettering!
Thanks alot for posting this was so helpful and I'm very grateful you made it I was scared mine was going to look nothing like yours but I actually did quite a good job so I just want to say thanks for the help :)
thank you for this tutorial. I'm over 60, and thought I'd learn a new skill. Figuring out a W on my own was a challenge. What ratio of width to height do you recommend for a W?

I'm so glad you're learning a new skill! I find that widening a W to about a square ratio (1:1) works best for me.
where do you find the grid paper
I usually look it up and print it out from a website. I've had luck with the WaterproofPaper.com website.
Do an R plz I need it for home work
I'm planning on making more letters soon! Stay tuned. :)
