So the thing there advertising is called Yo-Kai Watch. The reason they said Merican is because every Yo-Kai has a different medal there’s the original Yo-Kai, The Classic Yo-Kai which is based on Japanese spirits, and The Merican Yo-Kai which is based off of things Americans do in America. Also Yo-Kai is a spirit of a animal, a person, an object, and food. I hope that helps you understand the commercial Chadtronic

So that was a advert for some special yokai watch merchandise type thing.
It also is popular hear. But that's yo kai medals, you use them in the toys and the games. Its basically a way more interesting pokemon card. They come in packs of 3 and you collect them and they have waves. Except unlock pokemon cards they are more than collectibles.
It was popular in America to. One of my friends had a yo-kai watch and I use to want one so bad.
