Georgia produces those great QBs and great overall talent because Georgia high schools pay amazing salaries to good football coaches and attract the best. Shout out to Brooks Austin for explaining this to me.
Please tell me what great QB we produced
Georgia is home to a large black population, however they aren't native Georgians, thats why the University of Georgia doesnt always get them, these kids grow up with Parents that are fans of Alabama, Florida, LSU etc... so its convenient for UGA to have proximity to them, but that's really the only benefit UGA gets from their increased numbers.
45:14 Don't know a whole lot about the other guys committing in July but Zaden Walker is the guy that I'll be most interested in because these are the guys "Projected" to be in Georgias ILB room by the time Zayden arrives in '25 if he chooses Georgia: CJ Allen and Raylen Wilson would be the projected starters with Troy Bowles, Justin Williams, Chris Cole and Kris Jones fighting for snaps. If Zayden Walker is cool walking into that knowing that he won't start or play much outside of Special Teams year one then Schumann is hands down the best recruiter of the ILB position in the history of CFB and I think Schumann is gonna get him but I don't know who besides Georgia is high on his list but Auburn, Alabama, Florida State and Clemson would be the teams that would worry me the most
I don’t understand why the schools are having to pay out a bunch of money to athletes who didn’t play when NIL was a thing. It just doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to me…
I don't understand why Kirby went after Arizona State Q.B. who is all about the NIL $$$$$$$$$. In fact he is suing Univ. of Florida coach and others . He only signed with Florida based on greed for the big bucks, NO loyalty to Florida or any school, ALL ABOUT THE MONEY! Seems like this goes against the Georgia moral code that Kirby touts, yet Kirby supports this kids lawsuit and recruited him out of portal, just to have 4 Q.B.s on scholarship ????????? Mixed messaging here ?
@@dennisbaswellphotography8998 bro Florida isn’t good right now and Bayou Billy sucks I get it but you don’t gotta take it out on me
The one WR that UGA lost to the Portal likely cost them a NATTY, and SEC Championship. Its troubling when a big time receiver leaves and finds success in that choice, reinforces the Mike Bobo problem.
What the F---- is the NCAA doing? The Supreme Court admonished anyone who tried to rule on compensation in college football should wait on Congress for guidelines in a law.
The issue was too complicated and contentious for the courts to act within the Law. Alton Vs NCAA.
The NCAA decided better than to listen to the High Court. They think they have Settled a CLASS ACTION lawsuit settle the fact that every player wearing a uniform in college lacked proper compensation The Ncaa was suppose to fix the current compensation problem with current players. Not expose every University from the East coast to West to every person who wore a uniform. I guess that many plaintiffs will end up with a hotdog from the concession stand and the lawyers walk with all the Money.
