Is This the Easiest 4 Wheeler to Snorkel?

The Kawasaki Bayou that I picked up for cheap has been impressing me more and more and I just made a discovery that will save me time and money.

You got the best damn 4 wheeler ever made !!!!! We have ( 4) of them on our acreage and each one has a task. My 2004 is my weed spraying rig with a 6' boom on the back with a 20 gallon tank, my '98 is my snow bike with a 60" Moose blade with winch , my '96 is my wife's MINT bike with an original speedometer with 89 miles on it and mine is a 2000 that is all built up ----you know the drill --.60 over speed pro piston, Speed Pro off road cam , header pipe with straight thru exhaust and Spider Trax tires on factory rims. We love em !!!!!!!!!! Jim

p.s. my dad always said if he had an oil burner----"oil is cheap". Same with plugs-- plugs are cheap compared to $85 an hour shop charge plus parts if you can't fix it yourself.

I got a 96 400 bayou for 2 hundred bucks. It smoked so bad I attracted fire bombers a few times. Not good. I found a used top end on ebay for 75 bucks. worked great. since then I have dome timing chain, cam, valves, water pump etc...and im still not more about 600 bucks into it. Its a climbing beast and works like a trooper. Good investment if you dont mind a bit of wrenching.

Long story short it came with factory snorkel and your gonna extend it . Got it

Only some of these bikes came with the factory snorkel it was a paid for option. I have owned 2 4x4 bayous and only one has had it.

This thing actually rides pretty decent. It’s just goofy looking compared to a Honda. I’d say they are pretty comparable
