    Thank you, this should help me learn the FMGC for the FSLabs 320.

    I normally use the inverted U to fill out pages,.
    If you listen to the ATIS format that’s how it is arranged

  • @ericc7936
    @ericc7936 Před 5 lety

    if i want to use x-life do i have to firstly setup mcdu in ff a320

    What a busy little box. I’m certainly going to miss the Boeing’s ability to uplink winds.

      And route, and flight number, and temps etc etc etc

    @JustMe00257 Před 3 lety

    I've never flown airbus, Boeing only, the airbus FMGC is apparently more advanced and has very nice features however Boeing FMCs are way more intuitive to preflight as each next step is prompted on key 6R and far less data and page changes are required.

    • @Lak62_101
      @Lak62_101 Před 2 lety

      100% agree. The Airbus MCDU is very easy to use and it helps you a lot while typing in all of your data.
      And yes the Boeing one is very user freindly. You can just jump from step to step :)

    Do you use floppy disks to update the nav database? Or flash disks?

    Hello, What is all required to get a gross weight on lower ecam?

    • @a320training5
      @a320training5  Před 4 lety +1

      On the newer standard of MCDU, the gross weight will not appear on the lower ECAM until first Engine start. You can check the gross weight prior to push-back on the FUEL PRED page. Regards.....

    Good tutorial but I wish more information about data. For examle what means the 3 weather data....

  • @fernandog.ramirez.6917

    How twisty and confusing is the A320’s MCDU, I’ve been told other aircraft have a more user friendly and straightforward FMC.

    • @NipapornP
      @NipapornP Před 4 lety

      Bu that's wrong, as reported by many pilots.

    • @fernandog.ramirez.6917
      @fernandog.ramirez.6917 Před 4 lety

      Nii P. Yeah, actually I agree with you. It is the lack of practice what makes it a bit tedious. But if you know your DIFSRIPP and your HAT everything flows like a river.

    • @jemand8462
      @jemand8462 Před 3 lety

      then again airbus does a lot automatically that boeing's doesn't. flight phases for example

  • @ellisjames7192
    @ellisjames7192 Před 4 lety +1

    Way too complicated for me. All I want to do is flight sim. I am not trying to be a real pilot.

    • @jemand8462
      @jemand8462 Před 3 lety +4

      then you should watch a tutorial for your specific flight sim plane. People coming here either want to become a pilot or want the flight sim (!) as real as it gets - like me.
