It look like an ICE but few points that I don`t like in here. First ball defender by jumping that high may prevent middle drive still he also in case ball handler decided to go baseline or re-screen we have situation 5 on 4. Post player quite deep and ball defender quite high making it perfect spacing even initially ball handler go baseline he could change angle on the second step almost like a split that given for free. In case ball handler could make mid range shots that even worse.
Elbow or opposite wing shots all the way. If weak side wing defender go defend elbow deep few times pin from the screen-er so the corner guy need to rotate and now we have baseline skip pass to opposite corner.
