At the start of the song, she discover the guy is a drug addict. Before the chorus, the girl beg the guy to stop and work towards their relationship. At the end of the song, the girl cant take it anymore so she decides to leave. The song was released when drug addiction was an alarming issue in Malaysia in that time. So the song may be relatable to the people.

helo from malaysia 2020, that's the sitting trick nephi... when u are sitting u don't have so much of ur breathing for the high note... but u can hold it for ur high note score by turn ur head to the right or the left a bit n slay ur high notes... like ziana she doesn't sitting stright face to face to the audience, u looked to her positions... when it come to the high note, u will seen her making that trick, turn her head to the right while facing the audience n slay the high note... hahaha... more high note n less breathing... maybe that is for the E5 goal for example... if u wan to get more high than that, just get ur chin more near to ur shoulder to the left or to the right n do it... n don't tell me when u get up n do it, u can get a super head voice there...
