I am native to Bacolod City in the Philippines but in the recent years I have been moving and living a lot in different countries like Singapore, Japan and the US due to the nature of my work. I was in the US when I started this channel but I am currently in Indonesia thus the confusion to some where I am truly based.
» MUSICAL BACKGROUND
Former band vocalist of Akita performing at K-Pub in Ayala Cebu, Philippines (2019-2020)
Former band vocalist of Big Three Band performing in Yokohama 7, Yokohama, Japan (2014-2016).
Former member of the Filipino Voice Symphony (2010-2011) where I was taught by professional chorale singers (e.g. former soprano from UP Madrigal Singers). Our singing group bagged the "Gold Medal" in the International A cappella Championships held in Singapore in 2011.
Former university choir and singing trainer at Technological University of the Philippines Visayas.
» WHAT IS THE GREATER GOAL?
My mission is to promote music among different regions and try to make people from different countries relate to each other through music and singing. I have always believed that even small gestures in understanding similarities and differences towards others actually lead to greater awareness about countries and their people.
In this modern world full of things that divide humanity, it is but perfect to put efforts in re-uniting and building bridges among all of us.

Dang..im amazed with his intonation(pitch) at this age. His hearing is still good.
Frankly speaking the lyrics of 80s-90s rockband are extremely poetic and literature wise really high compared to current Malaysian songs. They maintained old classical wording in Malay music scene like in the 50s or 60s but with rocking rhythm and tone. Their strengths are the song arrangement and lyrics that made them such a legend..
Boleh nangis rasa dengar lirik2 lagu ni. Memang sedap betul..

been listening to Wings since the late 80s (I was born in the early 80s) till this day...it's not hard to shed a tear or two watching them perform and witnessing them becoming living legends

Tbh im not like the biggest late 80s - early 90s rock fan, but i always have goosebumps watching awie performs. And wings have so many gooooddd evergreen songs. Almost all of them are masterpieces 🔥

The drummer is a session player because the original drummer--Black--got sick(they got another original member--Jojet--who almost equally as Black, played in many of their albums, but he's not so active nowadays and not a part of current official Wings line up), the one on the left is their first 'formational' guitarist but left after their first album, and come back a few years back after his replacement from the 2nd album onwards--Joe, equally phenomenal--left the band. The right guitarist is later added to this lineup but he's also had the previous reputation as a pro session player and producer, the bassist is the only member that never leaves the band. They're the 'elites' of the most pro musician Malaysia have.

The original members performing were Awie, the bassist Eddy and the lead guitarist with sunglass Sham. The original drummer is still with the band but unable to perform as he was under quarantine, if not mistaken. The other lead guitarist is Edrie Hashim, a well-known sessionist and also one of the judges that night and past AJLs.
