It has been about 3 years since my wife and I met with Jeremy. Definitely set up a time to meet with him. We were just starting our looking preparing for retirement and he gave us some great things to think about but also showed us options if we chose earlier. After 5 vacations, staying in VRBOs in different areas from North Myrtle to Pawleys, and doing a lot of research, we are back to the first place we started lol. In 3 years when we retire look out Murrells Inlet lol.
At least you are giving The Inlet plenty of warning & time to prepare for your arrival!
Jeremy we all enjoy your videos but seriously you need to update your viewers on home owners insurance . This is completely out of control again 4 year in row jumped 900 each year and I have no claims in my history I'm in zone B with wind and hail ..please you 2 cents I'm getting ready to sell .
@@gregschiffer8770 Hey Greg! I feel your pain on insurance! Mine too has continually gone up over the past few years! Thanks to the natural disasters as well as property values increasing, it has made everyone go up like mad across the country. Those in Florida have had it even worse than us! Sorry for your frustrations buddy!
3yrs to retirement at 64yo, looking around Conway, 3 to 10 acres for chickens and privacy(No more subdivisions ever), go to the beach on weekdays and leave the crowds on the weekends. Can I buy a small house/cabin on land maybe west of Conway? Keep posting anything Myrtle-Conway, we watch them all to get informed.
