32:55 to 46:19, the "California Big Hunks" section, thank you for the major laughs, guys. That's almost 14 minutes dedicated to our video. Back when we produced it in 1985, we never imagined that people would still be enjoying it, talking about it, and raving about the soundtrack into the year 2022. Wow, and thank you. The soundtrack's composer, Richard Plasko, would have been humbly ecstatic (RIP).
So, who was the target audience?

Very helpful everyone. I am proud like Mike.
The first 14 minutes of this are masterfully edited. The music builds tension, making you think it's going to drop, then it gets lighthearted for a while, then builds again, then you think it was another fake-out, but then the tower falls -- it was a double fakeout! Wow! Editing turned this thirty second gag into a fifteen minute thrill ride.
Mike and Jay are both very good editors.
Yeah, that was incredible. Good use of the wide shots to subvert expectations as well.
It had more tension than most shonen battles.
yknow theres something magical and poignant about them taking these unmarked VHS's from the 80s and 90s where no matter how much they suck people worked on making that and if it werent for RLM these videos would probably never be watched again. But this preserves them in a far more long term way on the internet so that the creations of people dont just fade out of existence.

Beautiful.
That line totally got me too! ( I know 3 of people who were in Gummo & I used to date 'bunny boy's' sister, lol)
This entire video could have been Mike and Jay playing Junka, and I would have been completely fine with that.
At 15 minutes mark I assumed we have been trolled and there will be no tape watching at all.
@@nonameform you didn't see the video length? didn't think that would be an issue?
Who could've thought that VHS tapes are surprisingly structurally stable.
I love that Mike will scream and cheer for every bit of human gore in anything (even when it's borderline realism like in Surviving Edged Weapons), but even the thought of an animal having a knife to it makes him want to turn off the tape immediately.
To be fair that video STARTED with a guy shoving a knife up a dead deer’s asshole.
Working in customer service will do that to you.
I mean, i think the difference is that one is a movie, and one is a real, dead deer.
To be fair Mike often says he's "gonna throw up" during movie scenes of human gore
lest we forget him feeling queasy at the sight of a worm orgy🤣
Rich “I just wanna see kids take a shit” Evans.
