Deep clean with me the refrigerator!
We eat mainly whole foods and I love to keep our food in jars. They are just perfect since I can see how much and what is in there. I also noticed that foods stayed fresh longer in the glasses.

For the all purpose cleaning I filled up the spray bottle with warm water and added half a tsp of dish soap and 10 drops of tangerine essential oil.

I enjoyed this Deep cleaning refrigerator video. I learned 4 things. I did not know NOT to put parsley in refrigerator. I am going to try the cashew cheese. ( I am trying phase dairy out of my diet) I do not buy non-organic grapes, but in the future I may buy a small amount and soak them in the apple cider vinegar and water mix. The fourth tip I learned is to try is using coconut on my refrigerator. It needs to look better than it does now-full of smudges.
I have the same system as you. I clear and clean the inside of refrigerator the day before I food shop. On occasion while cleaning I will make a pot of soup using the limp celery, bell peppers, and carrots that have seen better days.This mix can be simmering on the stove while doing the cleaning.

Yes! :) I love broths, it's a staple, much better then the store bought one and so much cheaper :) I don't usually buy non-organic grapes either but my husband specifically loves this musketeers kind it's only 2 times a year we can find it in the store so we went with the soaking solution :)Lot's of dairy free recipes are coming! I have recipe for cheese that is made from zucchini! We've been dairy free for 9 years I have some staple recipes that I will share 😃 Hope you gonna enjoy them ❤ xx

Thank you for the coconut oil for polishing the refrigerator tip. I am going to use that from now on, and not that toxic stainless steel aerosol spray.👍🏽👍🏽

Do you warm up the coconut oil? It's solid at room temp, right... and it looked like you were pouring it!?

lol I had the coconut oil in my upper cabinet above the stove so basically I had a liquid form at all the time from the heat. 😊
