This used to be my biggest drawback as a photographer. I'd rely solely on a cool location and if I didn't know of a good spot, I just wouldn't go out and shoot. I've learned to be better about that, and realized I can create photos just about anywhere (well, I'm still getting there)
You guys can turn plain ordinary objects into art pieces. This is so creative!

One of the best pictures I‘ve seen from you. I also realized that when shooting portraits you can utilize a lot of „ugly“ locations for great photos.
It doesn’t work too well for landscape shots though, for those you need a beautiful landscape 😁

Living in Phoenix, I feel you on having to get creative. I've never been in a proper studio, never used any kind of dedicated lighting, and have a low end camera and lenses. But I make it work.

A question if I may, what ISO are you using? The images look amazing, and the grainy look really fits. Is this something you have tried to achieve in post with grain and maybe less/no noise reduction, or have you tried to "save" the images and ended up with this look? Either way they really are stunning! Thank you for your time /Filip from Sweden

Hi, I have a question not related to the video...
I took photos of a wedding last year but I was still fairly new so there was no contract. I want to use some of those photos to build my portfolio and have on my photography Instagram page. Would I need to have them sign something that allows me to use the photos?

In this instance you could probably just ask them if it's okay (over email, text, facebook messenger, or anything you can actually save a copy of for proof) also I suggest joining the LooksLikeFilm Learn group on facebook! Tons of helpful people for questions like this
What kind of ISO values were you dealing with? No flash correct just ambient light?
250 - 800 -- just ambient light
Actually so good when I see a story from you Rachel on ig because it could potentially be a vid from you two haha. 🙊 Only downside is it's 11:15 pm and I have to hide under the sheets to watch it so I don't wake up my girlfriend and the dog.
we post at the same time every week (6am pst monday morning), so now you don’t have to watch any of my ig stories 💁🏻

can you show a tutorial or tips where you guys tell us how to shoot better pictures with our cell phone, not every one of us has a camera, most of us just use the phone camera and try to take better pictures. thank you.
