不自已曬烏魚子一是懶~二是要買有子的烏魚困難~大部分只能買到魚殼
妳一開始挖出來的是烏魚腱~是烏魚的胃囊
至於烏魚膘是公魚的精巢
我的方式是直接倒58高粱酒下去~抹勻後直接點火~兩面都燒烤過就能切片了
要軟一點高粱酒就少一點~反之就多一點~看客人喜好
除了蒜苗之外還可以用蘿蔔 蘋果 水梨

一般市場買不到全烏魚是最大的問題。謝謝您的烏魚腱料理法,只有一顆還真傷腦筋哩,待我去市場看看有沒有賣烏魚腱,多買幾顆來湊XD
