خیر چھوڑیئے اس بات کو۔۔۔اپ اس بابا جی سے جو کشمیر کے کھانے کی تاریخ بتا رھے ھیں۔۔۔۔اپ اس بابا جی سے لفظ ،، مکسچر درست طریقے سے کہلا لیں تو مانیں۔

ابھی آپ یہی دیکھ لیں کہ ۔اپ کے یہاں شب دیگ دادی نے بھی نہیں دیکھی اور ادھر ھمارے ھاں کشمیر کی شادی میں یہ ڈش اج بھی لازمی بنتی ھے ورنہ باراتی ناراض ھو جاتے ھیں کہ کوئی خاص کھانا نہیں ملا۔
اسی طرح کشمیری گشتابہ بھی پکتا ھے ۔

ये चीजें यहां पाकिस्तान में आम हैं. हम लोग बनाते हैं. इसमें कुछ भी अछूता नहीं है.

खैर छोड़िए इस बात को आप बाबाजी से कश्मीर के खाने का इतिहास बता रहे हैं.
.
अब आप देख सकते हैं कि आपकी दादी ने भी यहां शब देग देखी थी, और कश्मीर में हमारी शादी में यह पकवान अनिवार्य भी है, अन्यथा बाराती नाराज हो जाते हैं कि कोई विशेष भोजन नहीं है।
कश्मीरी गेस्टाबा को भी इसी तरह पकाया जाता है
