さつまいものチーズケーキ～Sweet Potato Cheesecake～

さつまいも　1/2
クリームチーズ　200ｇ
砂糖　80ｇ
生クリーム200cc
薄力粉　大さじ2
ビスケット　12枚
バター　20g
1 ビスケットを砕く、ボウルに入れる
2溶かしたバターをボウル混ぜる
3スキレットにクッキングシートを敷く
4ビスケットをスキレットに入れる
5さつまいもの皮を剝く、カットして、水に漬ける
6さつまいもレンジで温めてから、ムッシュにする
7さつまいもと砂糖とクリームチーズと生クリームとハチミツと薄力粉を混ぜる
8混ぜたものをスキレットに入れる
9オーブン200度35分で温め
10焼いたものを冷やす
11粉糖をかける
12カットして完成

200 g cream cheese
80 g sugar
200 cc heavy cream
2 tablespoons flour
12 cookies
20g butter
1 Crush the cookies and put them in a bowl.
2 Mix melted butter in a bowl
3Lay a cookie sheet in a skillet
4Put the cookies in the skillet.
5Pare, cut and soak sweet potatoes in water.
6Warm sweet potatoes in microwave before turning into mush
7Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, cream cheese, cream, honey and flour
8Put the mixture in a skillet
9Warm in the oven 200 degrees for 35 minutes
10Cool the baked goods
11Sprinkle with powdered sugar
12Cut and serve.
