I love 60's and 70's cumbia and when I first saw this video I thought it was from that period. Something about the video seemed really off though and I couldn't figure it out - then I realized that they're actually a new group, and this video isn't from the 60's. I think the very mobile camera and tight close ups gave it away eventually, and the definition in the highlights. But I love this. I want to visit LA just to see them play.

The guitar tone comes from the guitar he’s siding it’s is a rare and discontinued airline guitar that is made of plastic. Demand got to height and the company ran out of business. Jack white also used an airline, just a different model
