- This year pinakitaan talaga tayo ng RJ ng next level game nila. I actially think this is their best year, maybe a comeback?
Halos lahat ng release nila may intended na purpose e. So let's do a recap, because this might be a historical year for RJ. So might as well document this success.
Also, may nasagap akong news dahil inenext level pa nila next year ang mga bagay-bagay.
Sa mga worried sa Logo and Decal,
RJ Philippine Standard Guitars here are from 2017 pa, when the factory was still operating. Kaya kumpleto pa ng Decals.
Well, should the 2024 models be more minimalistic?

The Shredding Man Logo and the BIG RJ logo was used from way back when RJ is considered as a budget Beginner Guitar.
Now that RJ is expanding its lineup to a more of a mid range to high end set of quality guitars, the logo needs to upgrade as well.
Parang mga bespoke na guitars. Less is more.
No more logos sa body please. Sayang quality and craftsmanship ng guitar.
Kahit yung Signature nalang ni Sir Jacinto sa headstock okay na.

May new version ba yung mga Basic line nila this 2024? Kung meron hintayin ko nalang kaya? Baka may madagdag pa sa budget.

Ang saya ko sa success ng channel mo sir PAX, pinaka substantial content when it comes to music intruments/gears etc sa Pinas. More success sa PAX channel.
support will come as long as they keep this up, iba na RJ ngayon, nung maliit ako, o karamihan naman satin, marinig nilang RJ gitara mo parang pagtatawanan ka nila, ngayon respected na sya kahit ako bumili recently ng gigline broadcaster and I love it. 2023 was a great year for not just RJ, pero other local brands as well. D&D, jcraft, clifton, and ligaya. For 2024 I hope to see clifton, jcraft, and D&D lightfoot update yung specs nila for their entry level guitars nila para tapatan nila yung RJ and LGY sa entry level category.

Very excited! Dream RJ guitar Stainless Steel frets, SSH pickup configuration with splitting knob and sprayed in clear or coloured lacquer / nitrocellulose then I'm very sure dami po bibili from pinas!

I was pondering on buying a fender strat then i saw the gigline SE and caught me with the split coil and stainless frets and alnicos. I love it! I bought it and the sound is incredible!
Hopefully if they will reopen here in the Philippines,i hope they will maintain the quality

I have a 91 RJ 60s Strat, it's my first guitar, and ka-age ko yung guitar haha it was my dad's gift, and I still have it, it needs some setup, but the guitar is still alive hehe (btw, I think it's made in Korea, not sure, but the quality is topnotch for it's age)

mas prominent yung highs ng rj. yung fender sounded warmer to me but i think pantay kasi sila ng warmth it's just that mas mataas talaga highs ng rj. nagmumura yung highs ng rj sa foxxy lady e

tama, need lang talaga ng supporta ng mga luthier nating local, kasi kayang kaya natin, may weird bad image lang yung mga local made kesyo hindi imported pangit na, i say andami nang meticulous gumawa dito ng gitara, need lang talaga ng more support :D
Hiiii patulong po, I'm a soon-to-be beginner guitarist(hihi) looking to buy an electric guitar. I'm stuck between the Donner DST-152 and the RJ Gigline, as they both fit my budget. The problem is, I can't decide which one is better. The Donner DST-152 comes with everything a beginner needs, like a mini amp (which is a big plus!), but I'm unsure what features are most important for me. Any advice on which one I should choose?

Package sila with amp for a reason. Madalas yun amp di maganda at walang maghahanap ng ganong amp. Kahit beginner dapat nageenjoy p rin sa sound kc lalabas gana mo magensayo. Separate budget nlng for amp. Kung matatagalan naman makabili amp, go for package with amp kasi mas importante p rin makatugtog kn agad.

first guitar was a strat model na rj. wala pa masyado alam sa guitars nung time na yun and nung nakapag explore na ko, di ko na binalikan ang rj. if it wasn't for the video u posted na gigli e review, di pa ko ulit papasok sa rj store. they had a lot of improvements and matic, sila na ang magiging go to ko. pero hopefully tanggalin na ang logo sa body ng guitar kasi mej hindi pleasing aesthetically lol.
sana mag karoon din nang rj guitar store dito sa bacolod city negros occ..
while watching sir Pax mas nagiging eager ako to learn playing an electric guitar, sana magkasya yun makukuha ko sa pasko pambili😂

ok lang yung logo bilog na RJ pero ilagay na lang sana nila sa neckplate, kahit naka machine engrave na lang at hindi na steel press para hindi maka dagdag sa cost. Pag walang neck plate, pwede dun na lang sa electronincs cover sa likod tapos either naka laser engrave or heat press.

Hello kuya Pax, pwede nio din po ma try yung sa RC Music na Stratocaster. I was able to modified it as an HSS. Smooth na smooth yung guitar at naka low action and naka set up na ata on the box. Its cheap yes but its in good condition and quality. Thanks, new subscriber here.
