Wow the result is astonishing! And the process is crazy as well. Human ears are so complicated, I don't even understand how you manage to know where you're at in this mess.
this video just has the effect of completely entering into the hope I had of becoming a 3d creator. way too much talent needed. Hats off to the artist! (translated by Google)
Great work and attention to detail, two problems that I saw immediately is that you used orthographic view mode to match the photo which is in a perspective view and of course a certain focal length, this can be obtained manually until it feels right or searching what camera was used. And the other one is that you went to a high poly density too quickly to fix curvature (like the eyelids) and or other surface details that are more easy to control from a low poly density. So always add the higher density at last for the secondary and tertiary details, and the low density is where the proportions and other primary details are done...
i learned some trick in your video, even do not say something... i wondering no people feel strange about your sculpting remesh method... in common, people use multires for sculpt small detail.. but, in your video is very diffrence... i don't see any tutorial about this in internet..even, i don't see someone use this..Except you.. i tried this method, like zoom in and keep distance for draw small detail, this method get good performance than use multires...
Dude I would appreciate if you could make more tuts like this but for me especially on the skin texturing but for black skin that is the tutorial i was looking for it for many years since all over the net there is only the white skin but not brown skin but your tut was marvelous🔥

Looks great. A reference pic from the side would have helped a lot tho used in the beginning.
Masterpiece
I see your sculpting with high res mesh from the start, is that something you started with or came with experience
Is he a magician ?? How perfectly he made it
