PvP attack and defense are grayed out when combining weapons. Just like your attack speed from the weapon. Does this mean I should combine pvp with pve ? Wich one should I put first ?
@Sywo can u give me a bit of advice ? im buying pvp staff, can i already combine it with another pvp and after that upgrade to + 15 or should i first upgrade 2 of them to + 15 and after making them purple , Combine ?
@Sywo does gameforge have more player for pvp than ncsoft ( i am in asmo side) and is it worth it to be with gameforge in the best pvp server asmo side ( by that i mean more elyos than asmo)

Nice and very informative video! I wanna ask you personally, i play 3 classes right now in 5.8 and I’m thinking on focusing one toon when 6.0 comes in NA. Which among these 3 classes are being boosted in pvp so far in 6.0? Chanter, SW and SM? Since you play Chanter in KR, I’ve heard chanters are beast in pvp. SW are still OP and SMs are ok?
Yeah Chanter is so Godlike I HAD to upload a video about it. Basically I have only lost 3 duels out of 100 on that class, and it was the first time playing it.
Bard and SM.. meh, dueled many bards and 2 sms, lost one duel with those classes vs a bard coz of mana issues.

People who complains on coments about how people complains for being P2W.
We all know, I know as well that Aion tries his best for making us open our wallets. However, people seems to forget that there are servers running out, people working for character, scenes, maps, designs in game. People who works in NCSOFT office gets a salary every month. Do you really think people nowdays works for free? Would you keep up a game that stays free? What would you even get from that? Be realistic people please.
Aion just messed up many times the game system such as how much it fails when you enchant things and break the items. Totally agree. Or even the fact that PVP does not have the same emotion as it had before back on 3.0 when you could kill for ap or get scared to lose it when an asmo/elyo killed you. Now you die and it is not a big deal as it doesn't mean anything.
However, you all should keep in mind that every business is done to make money. Otherwise you better don't start a business. Shops are made to gain money not because they feel sorry for you not being able to eat something at the end of the day. No one cares about others is all about money, sadly.
However, if you are young and student and don't want to pay for a game or don't feel like paying for it. Which is reasonable, you still can have fun playing specially now that leveling went finally easy. Do camp quests, you can equip it. It's natural that you can not be the N1 just by playing normal. But you can have fun anyways and get descent gears.
PS: Reminds me of those who pays for a 2 star hotel and expect the 5 stars service! NO guys, NOPE.

about the p2w in rolling stats... it's disgusting and i can't say i didn't expect it...
if they think i'm gonna pay money in such an old game that doesn't even have a great playerbase and its future is uncertain, they must be crazy. i'd buy cosmetics to support the game, but after hearing this, they don't deserve it. they should at least have given a way to ppl to earn them in game if they're subscribers. oh well.... that pretty much killed it for me. i may play a bit for old time's sake, but that's it. ncsoft=trash

Hello. Could you please give me one expert opinion on pvp? Because I don't know what to do. We have still 6th aion version, waiting for 7.0 I dont know how long more. I have full legendary pvp set from camps all +6, and full ultimate noble aerot set. The question is.. How much more my aerot set is weaker than ultimate camps set? Is it worth to make camps set ultimate if I have noble aerot? Should I enchant noble aerot to +15 or go back to camps set, enchant and make it ultimate? I would be very gratful for your opinion

At first thanks Sywo again for the information you keep giving us :D! so in the german GF Forum they just said that we will not get Quna (written like this?). The whole Quna system will not arrive in the EU version so we need to wait if gf does something similiar to reroll certain stats or if they just ''delete'' it and we won't have the option to reroll one single stat. I personally don't think that this kind of pay2win will make his way to EU because it's not how GF tries to get their money. Obviously there needs to be some sort of advantage for people who pay this game, I mean it's their work they need to get money somehow and gold packs aren't even close enough to provide them a break even point. So far they tried to get money out of luck games. Let's see if we maybe get some sort of Scroll which can reroll a single stat and you can get the scroll in some Events where you can get a big advantage by buying stuff for the event from the shop BUT so far there was never NOT an option for us to get everything we need actually in game. For example the Daeva Care in EU which gave us a healthy amount of allmighty enchantment stones without paying a single euro. Sywo do you think there might be a chance that this will actually be kinda better in the EU version or do you think GF will make this even worse? I always want to stay positive and personally don't think that GF is a that bad publisher. Just look at NC in Blade and Soul, you could buy the mats to enchant your weapon in the shop on a daily base- that's awfull and way more pay2win than all these event luck games from GF where the most people don't even have luck. The pay2win problem in 5.x was due the tradeability of all stuff and not smth GF did. (Again that's completely my opinion on things, nobody needs to agree with it)

BUT on russia the prices of stuff in luna cube are x5 less on everything than on EU so expect the price of 1 reroll on eu to be 20--30 luna 500 luna box cost 499 aion coins=25-30 euros=almost 2-3 euros for 1 reroll of stats = any wallet warrior will face roll any of us with his perfect stats maybe it will take the same time to get the gear for everyone but the moment everyone will get the red gear any p2w group in dred runatorium will destroy everyone the moment they spend 500-1000 euros for perfect stats and i am not even talking about the same ppl getting purple transforms from p2w and eu will have it in p2w 100% it took russia 1 week to put purple transform in the wheel of destiny game
I got a transformation for 5kk on broker and it it was ancient (golden) one. Again, thx to those ppl, who buy stuff for real money and support the broker. A tip: buy Luna for kinah now, cuz it might turn more expensive in 6.2.

Gameforge knows his/her playerbase pretty good. They know alot of people will draw their wallet to get the perfect stats. Sure alot of people will complain about the P2W. But they have been doing that for a long time now. As long as people are paying, they wont change.

If I heard right, people that jave Prime +15 are gonna get Yellow +10 (and those with +25 Purple +10). So my question is this:
The gear we will get, is it the same as the Yellow/Purple we will need to enchant to +15 in order to get the Ultimate, or we have to take it from 0 and get some other Yellow gear, then make that Purple, then Red ?

No, the gear people will get (called exchange set), is as good as the crafted gear in 6.0, which is 2nd best in game.
The one I show in the video, is the best, and the exchange set can't be upgraded to this version.

What would be nice to see is how to get the red enchantment stones. We know yellow and purple can be obtained in-game however about the red stones sources we don't know much.. care to say a bit about that?
Red pve stones VERY rare drop from new makarna.
Red pvp stones VERY rare reward from sieges.
In reality, Europe and North America, you will get them from p2w events and probably Christmas and Summer p2w events.

I understand you but as I watch Na and EU closely I can say that EU has way more p2w events than NA so we will see how each publisher handles it. NA is closer to what they have in KR but has to make it a bit more western as not everybody are willing to spend $$.. Let's see and we will get surprised

Sounds bad, but does legendary stone also keep the level in enchanting upon failure? If you have item at +13, and you fail with legendary stone, is it still 13 or back to 10?

Man, I love Aion, but I have a bad feeling about this patch in EU. Really bad, considering the numbers Aion has these days.
Extendables will still be used. In 6.0 I think that because you get pvp damage a bit from every single piece of gear, it makes less of a pvp damage loss overall now than it would have been in the past. I'll go compare the numbers for a full set of +15 ultimate gear to see just what % of your pvp damage you lose compared to what % you lose now with 80 abyss gear in 5.8
EDIT: you give up a lot more pvp stats to use an extendable in 6.0 compared to 5.8, but it'll probably still be worth it. Explained with numbers below.
So I added it all up using the data from aionpowerbook, and a full Ultimate-grade pvp set at +15 gives you
3592 pvp damage and 3666 pvp defense for a pvp weapon with pvp fuse.
3085 pvp damage and 3399 pvp defense for an extendable with pvp fuse.
I don't know how 6.0's pvp damage and defense affect how much damage you deal and take, but by using an extendable you lose about 14% of your pvp damage and 7% of your pvp defense, as well as a little bit of base stats because 492 -> 473 attack and 4200 -> 4130 physical damage for switching from best pvp weapon to extendable.
In 5.8 using 80 abyss gear, you lose 5.5% pvp attack to use an extendable. if you have all your accessories at +5 you have 74.8 -> 69.3. not a huge drop, definitely less than 14% drop.
I'd say it is probably yes more costly to your damage output to use an extendable in 6.0 than in 5.0.
EDIT: deconfirmed by priestly below. feel free to read my musings with the knowledge that it is completely not possible.
However, this brings a new question... a pvp weapon as a fuse in 6.0 does not seem to give very much benefit... only 176 pvp attack and defense, which is not much compared to the 3k pvp attack and defense you have from the rest of your gear. I also noticed that your fuse does not give a % of it's base physical damage boost to your main weapon. Sywo's Ultimate Devastator Staff has 4200 physical damage, but that is not boosted by his fuse by an extra 420 like base damage is boosted. I wonder, if it would be better to use an ultimate extendable with a 5.8 mythic pvp fuse and get 23% pvp attack stacking with your pvp physical damage? it really depends on how pvp physical damage interacts with pvp attack %. if it is (base attack X pvp %) + pvp damage, then it would be shit. however if it is (base attack + pvp damage) x pvp %, then it would actually be incredibly strong to use an 5.8 abyss weapon as a fuse in 6.0.
If the right person reads this, I hope someone would test this out on a private server - see what does more damage in a full endgame gearset - 6.0 pvp fuse or 5.8 pvp fuse, and reply to this comment please and thanks! (I realize the odds of this happening are low but its nice to know)

Actualy ur not forced to buy anything with real money. Im full 80+20 veteran, without paying a single euro. Of course for a new player things are harder. Cash shop coins are allso "treadable" if u have kinah and a seller to trust, if quna can be gifted, ppl will fiind a way to get them for "free".

Sywo, you're doing gerat job. But, please, collect more info, before making videos. Quna can be put on broker in Korea. Although, In Russia (and in EU) Quna will be replaced with Luna. In order to fix the problem with untradeable Luna, they put it into tradeable boxes. So, there's a chance will see this p2w item on broker. And even if we don't, you can always buy it from someone via gift, using kinah ofc.
Maybe it's gonna be tradable in EU, maybe not, nobody knows.
Regardless, buying p2w items with your kinah doesn't make it OK.
you mentioned about the goldpack... i feel sorry for people that play EU Aion .... i'm in the UK and I play on NA. we don't have goldpack... why do you guys waste time with EU Aion? honestly i think you should just move to NA and i know some people would say "ping is better on EU for EU players" but NA has plenty EU players. basicly.. stop wasting your money on EU and move to NA .. things are cheaper and easier... well, i can say nice p2w. if i was complaining before now it's something really worse. That thing to use real money for have better stats (1 by 1) means will be impossible reach the level of someone going full p2w, and i can imagine it in aion eu... you won't do damage with low rng stats :(
4:50 There is literally a p2w event running in Korea right now where you can purchase boxes that give all the mats needed to upgrade your gear plus major ancient crowns for the needed ap.
5:25 Combining two PvP weapons DOES NOT stack, the highest PvP Damage/Defense stat will apply much like it works now. This is why Koreans use a PvE undercombine on their PvP weapons, much easier and faster then upgrading two weapons from Ancient to Ultimate.
What kind of private/hacked/test server are you playing on? Failing an enchantment from +10 forward drops the item back to +10. The enchant rate demonstrated in this video is way higher then it is on the official server. The weapon you are using is a double exchange staff, no way of obtaining those unless you were playing in Korea before 6.0 dropped. The area you are in is full of players on the Korean servers, you were the only person there in this video. You have over 900 ultimate grade PvP enchantment stones the most difficult stone to get in game.
There is no way this is on the official servers so what gives. The information you are giving people is incorrect.

From the Russian official server, pvp weapons don't stack. The information you are giving, from what I assume is Gamecoast private server, is incorrect.

Hi Sywo. I saw what you are doing a lot but the game is a dead town. Especially, no nobody playing, cant level up. I'm Elyos, and cant level up. Only Asmo winning everyday. But when I play Lineage 2, it is a old mmorpg, alot playing, have friends, got siege, +legions, +++too many. Then back to Aion, only 5~10 Elyos finding, waiting and wasting time for 1 assassin Asmo. Sad game..

You can reach lvl66 solo in less than a week. What server are u playing? And what lvl? Low lvl is dead, most ppl lvl up on fast track, buf endgame maps have alot of players. Elys are chasing us in full groups and for instances u wait max 5 mins.

The more videos i watch the more i realize that GameForge is DEFINITELY going to mess it up.Their game is almost dead already 6.0 will be an influx of players but they will not be enough the game aligable for legit business.Аt the moment the only thing keeping this game afloat is the p2w wallet warriors.Not to mention that its gameforge's continuous practice to take games and make them p2w. Unfortunately they are gonna keep their ai(ds)on coins and shove a bunch of p2w items in there.Completed with the continious cucking of the people that are fine to just play slower so that they dont have to pay for a damn gold pack but they have to because free to play players cant use the goddamn auction house.I am sorry but there is little to no hope.

Transformations shouldn't even be a thing. I'm honestly tempted to uninstall the game if these transformations become a big deal.
and i was thinking the same last night when i played in PTS as i encounter an templar in arena against my chanter and i lost just because of the transformation because i had a lower one he barely did dmg lets say but the transformation made him win..
So we shouldn't get your word when you said you loved this patch because it "fixes" things and it is the best patch ever etc, if this is the most p2w patch where you cannot even get end game to be good then I guess this is indeed what will finish off Aion.
Not to mention the transformation system, if anything 6.0 will literally be the most disgusting gold digging patch ever. As if they didn't already kill the game enough, they want to destroy it.
I do not understand how you make videos, loving the patch, saying it is the best, thinking it will revive the game and then you tell us that the most important stuff and most powerful are p2w only.
