  • SEPT 2023 What is Curtis getting me into this time? Join me for another fun and adventerous food plotting road trip as I load up the KIOTI NS6010 hst cab and my home made Chisel Disc harrow and explore yet another Southern illinois property as I help out ‪@curtisrogerslandbroker‬ with a client property since he is having a lot of equipment problems right now. Today we'll be working on a nice hillside Southern Illinois farm that is near the Mississippi river along the Illinois/Missouri border. We got some rain just the day before this mission so the new food plot is wet, it is pretty steep on a hillside, and has not been working up recently so there is a well established sod layer that I'll have to contend with. Oh, and this food plot comes with a fantastic view of the hills! (I can't tell for sure, but the hills might be across the Mississippi river in Missouri). Thanks for joining me today and if you enjoyed today's field video please hit the like button and consider subscribing to catch all of our land management and land improvement projects from both of our channels here at Kapper Outdoors! Thank you and we hope to see you on a future field episode! #kapperoutdoors #kapperoutdoors2 #kapperoutdoorsproject291 #foodplot #foodplots #foodplotsfordeer #fallfoodplot #fallfoodplots #southernillinoisland #southernillinois

With a view like that, sitting would be enjoyable whether you see any game or not!

If you're concerned about the grade fill the bucket with dirt, RX would have been a better choice better tyre profile for grip plus extra weight 💪👍

How come you didnt put the 6 million dollar man boot kick to that little bitty rock and send it over the goal post? I miss getting to hear the sound effects!!! lol

Good call! I probably should have!! Next time around I'll add a double sound effect in to make up for it! Just checked my plots today they are horrific.. NO moisture at all over the last few weeks, weeds are choking them, and brassicas are maybe 3 inches on average! Can't grow without moisture!! ughhh...

I love your videos but what happened to your old channel

We still have it, but it got hacked and stolen from us awhile back and then when we finally got it back it got demonetized. So we started up a back up plan, and hence KO 2.0! Thank you, we post on both channels now, on 2.0 it is strictly all land management stuff. Thank you, have a good one
