Always better to have more than one person in the “hunt”with you, cover more ground/stores and pick up awesome finds for you. 👍👍👍 You should have grabbed the “Just Trucks” series for your WhatNot shows. I am not finding them in my area (NC), so am they would sell for $4 or $5 each.

Selling for $4-$5 wouldn't be worth it because those silver series cars are $3-$4 at Walmart. You have to realize that sellers have to pay Whatnot a commission fee so unless Mike sells for at least $10, Whatnot is the only one really winning.

That Japan box set is part of the Hot Wheels silver series. Metal body on metal base, plastic wheels. Just like that tubular truck series. That's why they're so heavy.

Mr. Mike, Sunday is my relax day🙏but, Monday is gunna be Epic, I have several stops at my favorite honey holes starting @7:00am, I should come up with some new cases and look for the shipper from dollar tree🌲 it’s got special recolors for the RX7 in silver, dodge pick up in purple, mod rod is a art car with multiple colors (not silver)and jaguar f type project 7 in yellow. I’m on the H case and looking for the Volvo gasser STH.😻Pcat 🏁

Hey Mike, great hunt. Barnes & Noble is an odd store for HWs. Sometimes they have stuff, sometimes they don't have stuff, sometimes they have very interesting stuff, sometimes the stuff they have makes you shake your head & say it was a wasted trip. I found 2 VW Golf R's from the car culture Gulf series at B&N a few years back. At that time HWs didn't put even #s of castings in the cases & as a result the Golf R was the most difficult car to find from the CC Gulf set, only one in each case. B&N is a good place to find those silver line sets like the JDM one you got in this hunt. Silver line is semi premium that's why the box was heavy and the price was a little high. They come with full tampos, special wheels and sometimes with metal bases. Even though those wheels are plastic, they are not mainline wheels. TY for sharing 👍

The Japan set is all metal on metal. Also, that Hobby Lobby by the B&N is where I found the Matchbox Indiana Jones Plane.

I just picked up the MOTOR SHOW one today. Only 1 I saw. I posted a video on my other channel.
That’s 5 pack is amazing but the jdm pack is so nice Mike with out a doubt I would’ve gone broke at that store and the hobby lobby u went to after also Mike I went to hobby lobby yesterday and I saw a bunch of those cases I have a few them as well and WHATTT THOSE PREMIUMS ARE REAL??

You went to my stores! That Barnes and Noble has a ridiculous number and variety of Funkos (and all sorts of other anime figures and such), but kinda useless when they're all maxed out price-wise.
