- This is a Great Dumbbell only workout for ANY fitness level, beginners or Advanced for both men and Women can be done at home or outdoors!! Its a Follow along from Warm up to 2 different workouts which will take about 30mins.

Part 2: Tabata style: 40s work, 20s

Doing all of this with almost 50kg of dumbbells was challenging to say the least!
They felt like 500kg towards the end! 😭😭😭

Only made it to rep seven on the second half of the video😭. Been out the gym for 2-4 weeks. Doing this with 45lbs pushed me to the MAX😭.
