  • This is a Great Dumbbell only workout for ANY fitness level, beginners or Advanced for both men and Women can be done at home or outdoors!! Its a Follow along from Warm up to 2 different workouts which will take about 30mins.

    3 power cleans, 3thrusters,3 ff Burpees over DB
    Part 2: Tabata style: 40s work, 20s
    Goblet Sq
    DB Skiers
    Push ups
    DB snatches
    Single arm OH lunges
    Rest 1 Min and Repeat

    Amazing as always, I have been doing your workouts since the first covid lockdown. I absolutely love it ,not only you take your time to explain but also you motivate people a lot. Please don't retire 😂😂

    Mother of god Obi. You made this look easy, but i was puffing hard after this!
    Doing all of this with almost 50kg of dumbbells was challenging to say the least!
    They felt like 500kg towards the end! 😭😭😭

    Only made it to rep seven on the second half of the video😭. Been out the gym for 2-4 weeks. Doing this with 45lbs pushed me to the MAX😭.
