    K, so I’ve been lifting around my knees my whole lifting life (5+years) and now I know why I struggle with deadlifts.

    Why do I feel too much stress on the hamstring does it mean I'm deadlift right ???

      It’s possible, but this would be difficult to tell without seeing you deadlift.
