Change the kick in the drop, it's more for a future bass track. Try using some of KSHMR's kicks or something similar to them that don't have a big tail(balance it out with the bass)
i really like your idea on this but i think the kick wasnt the best choise. ofc its your track and i cant tell you what to do, but a bit more kicky kick (bass house, melbourne bounce, psytrance ish kick) would fit this specific track. also since the bass isnt that deep it can be good to use a sidechain on the vocal and just play around with the vocal. othervice i dig it
In Slap House you don't really need to sidechain the Vocal. It depends on the Kick and on the Bass. The problem here is the Kick - it doesn't fit the style (it's more like a Hip Hop Kick); furthermore the Bass really needs more Attack (add a Topkick or any percussion with high Attack over every bass note and boost the Attack of the Bass with a Transient Processor) :D
