IMO, I really hope that Wonder of U is really Tooru's stand since it is really unique unlike most villain stands in the series and I hope that he is the main villain of this part. Also, I kinda like the idea of Wonder of U and Tooru being the alternate inverse of Doppio and Diavolo seeing both Doppio and Diavolo having just 1 body but 2 souls in control meanwhile Tooru and the Head Doctor could be the opposite having 1 soul but 2 bodies in control.
I genuinely think that if Tooru/Wonder of U isn't the main villain both characters are a complete waste - having such a character/interactive stand/incredibly strong power be relegated to "I'm just the pre-cursor villain for the REAL main villain!!!" will really negatively impact JoJolion for me. I mean, are we going to go from Wonder of U to... Speed King? Paper Moon Reqiuem? Love Love Deluxe?
@@kaledranger18 here's the thing about that- Rai said it was automatic but it sure as hell doesn't seem automatic. It looks like it has its own personality but Tooru can choose to control it - we saw with purple haze that all stands do have a personality they're just usually under control - maybe if Tooru is controlling Wonder of U he gets hurt. I could see it since he's so confident he isn't going to get hurt he might stay in control for too long and take substantial damage

While yes, Whitesnake is kinda like Wonder of U in some ways but in the end Whitesnake evolved into Made In Heaven which is awesome and a new take of Jojo villains having evolutionary stands. Thought about that, but it's only a discussion point. Having a certain word in a title alongside "Discussion" doesn't necessarily mean that the chapter had Spin in it. It could just mean I'm discussing possible theories regarding spin, the possibility of spin existing in Jojolion, etc. Plus, X Forts has "Josuke's Spin" as his Chapter 100 review video title. More people are gonna be spoiled by his title more than they will with mine.

To me the greatest mystery that is still unsolved is the Head Doctor/Tooru identity. Are they respectively Stand and User, or maybe a single person passing from a body (Tooru's) to a completely different one (Afeku's), or is Satoru some kind of independent stand, just like F.F. was. I don't know and I love JJL for his unpredictable arcs, but at this point half of me wishes Tooru and Safeku were the main villains, even tho I'd love to see more of Caato and Joubin.
Also, imagine Wonder of U having a similar role to the one Love Train had at end of SBR. Imagine Tooru being held hostage by Caato and her using his power to defend herself from Gappy's attacks

Honestly I don't think that josuke is going to get king crimson as a stand evolution because he's a jojo and they never have the same stands, however, I do believe that tsurugi already has king crimson and is using it on accident like in the start of the 2nd ojiru arc when the lady at the fountain doesn't remember dropping her baby in the fountain, ojiru suddenly jumping off of the cliff at the lone pine tree, and when tsurugi crushed the girl in the gate but claimed he has no memory of doing so, instead saying he "blacked out"
It's true that those Tsurugi incidents are unexplained (to my knowledge) and do not fit with his actual Stand. So it's possible I suppose? Personally though I don't think he has King Crimson, but might have some power we aren't aware of yet.
The fact that the daughter is referred to only as "FM"(Female) could allude to the child being a miscarriage/stillbirth. Then again the theory that this daughter could be the common ancestor between the 4 Morio families seems equally as possible.
There were other boxes across the family tree with only [FM] or [M] in them, which makes me wonder if those people just didn't a mount to as much in life. True, they could have been miscarriages/stillborn but they would surely still have names on the family tree. Most parents think of names during the pregnancy process. I think it's just yet another nod/mystery that Araki has slipped in. It might mean nothing, but I'd like to believe there was an alternate family tree created by one of those mysterious children, leading to Josefumi's birth.
I think [wonder of you]’ability is the extention of lovetrain, in the begining josuke didn’t exactly want to hurt the head doctor so none of the calamities hurt him badly , later he got more and more angry and calamity became more and more dangerous but not lethal yet( rain did not hit any vital organs). We see rai explicitly wanting to kill the head doctor and then it kills him. It does not manipulate calamities it redirects your intent to you.
Though the legend of Johnny Joestar said that the corpse was recovered, "strange occurrences" have kept happening. It's all but confirmed that the corpse is still in Morioh. (edit: probably just johnny's corpse)It is odd that Mamezuku was able to grab Wonder of You directly. Love train let Valentine phase through things.
I like these videos as a sort of follow up to your reviews. Since chapter reviews tend to be filled with your immediate thoughts these discussions will be good for giving more thoughts after giving your ideas some more time in the oven.
Im really excited to finally find out who Josefumi really is, I always thought he would still be linked to Joseph somehow. I like the idea of him being more distantly related to Yoshikage, but it would also be cool if it was a similar situation to Josuke and Jotaro.
It would make a lot of sense with JoJolion's Kira having a lot of parallels to Jotaro, Josefumi having similarities to Josuke visually, and how their relationship before the fusion was similar to Jotaro and Josuke in DIU (Kira was like 27 and Josefumi was 19, so Kira was in a similar mentor role like Jotaro)
You said at the end of this video that it's less structured and thought-out, but I think you're not giving yourself enough credit, this was a great follow up to the previous video (especially the Spin explanation of Rai's chest wound), so thanks for the great content!

Honestly, I’ve always kinda theorized that Josefumi is closer related to Kira than said in this video. I’ve always kinda thought that he was a descendant of one of George II and Elizabeth’s few children Either way, this was a fantastic video
soooo, after fully reading all aviable Jojolian, a few things stood out to me, mostly on the past, things I dont see anybody talking, Ill put them in the order I noticed them to my conclussion of what it may mean 1) Where did the original Rock Disease came from, we know who the first victim was, but not what caused her to be infected by it, it wasnt explained as something known but rather something sudden and without explanation 2) Johnnys death, while I can accept he died due to sacrifice, the cirscumstances around his death are iffy, something just didnt really click for me, a gap in the events that made me question the reason of his death, it just seemed strange that what killed him was a rock when he hit himself with the Golden Spin the way he died if by that ability should not be by a rock falling on him, not to mention the state if his bodywas not one of being hit by the Golden Spin then I remember something, words can have more than 1 meaning or application and this 2 came to mind one after the other 3) The word "Curse" can not only be used to express a karmic retribution, but also and most comonly as "Bad Will" from someone, where they desire harm upon someone and either directly or indirectly harm the person 4) The word "Legend" is a retelling of a story based on events from one person to another based on an outsiders perspective of the events, and as such, the full scope or context of events are lost and changed from missunderstanding or from the passing of the story then I recalled these 5) Rock Humans experiment with humans for the Rokakaka 6) Rock Humans are long lived So these are te answears I came up with The "Curse" of the Higashikata family is actually a cause event of the Rock Humans, that have used the woman of the Higashikata family for generations, the original Rock Disease is actually the Rokakaka of the past side effects, but Johnny knowing about a possible cure in the Holy Corpse passed it to his son unintended and then used the Golden Spin for something and passed it to himself with the Holy Corpse, my guess is that he intended to use the Golden Spin to destroy the disease once it was on him even if it killed him, yet, for some reason, the disease that should have ended with Johnnys death was passed to the main Higashikata family, and I thinkis because a Rock Human interfeered and actually fought Johnny in a weakened state, remember there was a gap in time where they speculate he sacrified himeself only but to no ones acount, in this fight the Rock Humans somehow passed the disease to the main Higashikata family and through their actions killed Johnny by crushing his head with their petrified body, since Johnny didnt know they were capable of such actions, nor anyone else, thats the reason I dont buy Johnnys death being from self sacrifice itself but he reshot himself to fight but still lost due to lack of information, and I do beileve Tooru was the Rock Human who fought and killed Johnny, mostly from his reaction to the word, "The Spin" like he knew what he was talking about, lastly I want to notice how the leaves stand in Shake Down Road are the perfect place to fight Tooru, since the leaves stand are the only known thing so far that can directly harm him without the oponent being aware they actually hit him, and something tells me the last fight against Tooru is going to be 2 pronged battle, with Josuke fighting Wonder of U, andsomeone else with the New Rokakaka in SDR facing Tooru himself
7:00, when Rai shows the hole in his stomach, I thought it was him stabbing himself and spinning his finger like he did earlier as some kind of “This is what I speak of” thing. Other people’s theories do make sense, but I think my idea is the perfect kind of bizarre for JoJo.
The family tree also shows JJL Joseph had siblings too. Also considering Josefumi 's design is based on DIU Josuke, he could also be JJL Joseph's kid. Pretty sure he had a single mom who resented him ruining her life

Wait, did I miss something. I thought that the redirecting of attacks was thanks to the steel ball imbued with spin. Or is there a way to harness spin through your body similar to hamon. Idk, just something I thought when watching the video.
True. It's possible the Zeppeli family have evolved their methods of using the Spin over the course of the 100+ years between SBR and JJL. Remember you dont need to use a steel ball necessarily, its just what Gyro and the Zeppeli's trained with and felt could utilize the best. Rai can spin his unravelled skin, and Josuke can unconsciously spin the small threads in the air to create his bubbles. That might be all it takes to re-direct attacks .
I still think Tooru left the Higashikata estate to head to the hospital, because he disappeared from the treeline when he sensed Josuke in the room at the hospital. Not sure if that's 100% true but I do think Tooru wants to get rid of Josuke first. He knows where the fruit is and he feels like it is already in his grasp. I think he sees Yasuho and Joshu as weaklings, and since Jobin is out the picture now (supposedly) there is no one strong in the Higashikata House left to take Tooru out. He can come back later and retrieve it after dealing with Josuke+Rai, as they are his biggest opponents right now.
I still wonder how do josuke's bubbles pop if they're spinning- Like if the small lines are spinning to make up the sphere- How do they pop? Do the strings just simply break, or do they just disappear, the spin being "Complete"? Many questions, although I don't think this one will be answered...
I would assume the spinning lines maybe evaporate into thin air on collision with an object/person, activating the affect and simulating a "bubble popping" to the human eye because of how fast they are spinning. We might get answers soon.
no the line simply stops spinning. rai figured out that it was a line spinning at high speed multiple chapters ago and there he popped the bubble and it left the line behind.
I love JoJolion, its twist and Characters so far but honestly I do not think that too many callbacks do the series a service. Jojo was always great among other reasons because it didn't have to cash in on cheap nostalgia too much, and I get that there are infinite alternate universes. However, having Holly, Kira, "Jotaro" and others all being present in different places and different personalities isn't that appealing to me, just call them something else since it, if anything, just reminds me that there was this other cool universe that is now gone (Dont hate me I like SO as well). So, I hope he's not King Crimson 2 but white. The same criticism is valid for the final SBR arc to me.

I don't think Josuke's bubbles are just one single string, since it was divided in the middle in the beginning of the manga and then stopped after he accepted who he is, so I think it's hundreds of strings
So far, Rai has described it as a singular string spinning to make a sphere, but Araki changes/evolves his Stand ideas over time. The beginning of the Jojolion Manga was over 9 years ago so it's possible it has changed.

Yeah like others have said, I think we are in the final endgame now, but remember when D4C Part 1 came out. That was around 30 chapters away from the actual ending of SBR. It will probably be semi-similar here. There are still many questions left unanswered, I don't think Araki would end it within the next 2 years. Plus I think both Josuke and Tooru will have power evolutions at some point. Even though WoU is incredibly powerful as it is. Josuke and Tooru haven't even met face-to-face yet in an enemy-to-enemy manner. Once they first come face to face ready to battle, only then can we start to think "This may be leading to an ending."
It's possible the infinite rotation could be achieved a different way. Remember that horse method was over 100 years before Jojolion, and Im sure the Zeppeli family have evolved their methods of achieving the infinite rotation. Though, I'd like to think that only Johnny and Gyro were ever the only ones to utilize it. Josuke might only be able to use the rotation on a basic level, but it might be enough to defeat Tooru.
How I think that he’s going to the feet wonder if you is not with the spin alone but with love train now I know this sounds completely ridiculous but just hear me out Since wonder of u Abilities and is calamity Love train has the exact ability to nullify it now how he’s going to get the corpse parts I don’t know but it’s just a theory
@@justacasualguy13 If your referring to part three of the urban guerrilla fight, Rai never outright said it WAS actually the spin at work. He just said that its a cord vibrating at very fast speeds to make it look like a sphere until now where it was actually confirmed to be the spin and now that Josuke knows, we could see a sort of power boost.

Bizarre Star Platinum I mean his bubbles are already not perfect but the fusion of two bubbles. Soft and Wet + Killer Queen. Gyro lost due to cracks being in his steel ball so if Josuke relies purely on the spin I think it could eventually become disastrous for him.
I've heard this theory before. It's true we don't really have a alternate version of Speedwagon yet, but we know the Speedwagon foundation exists, and as far as I know, Satoru has nothing to do with that as it is theorized to be a government organization in this universe.

Even if Gappy does beat Wonder of U, Wonder of U is an automatic Stand and won't hurt Tooru.

2) Johnnys death, while I can accept he died due to sacrifice, the cirscumstances around his death are iffy, something just didnt really click for me, a gap in the events that made me question the reason of his death, it just seemed strange that what killed him was a rock when he hit himself with the Golden Spin the way he died if by that ability should not be by a rock falling on him, not to mention the state if his bodywas not one of being hit by the Golden Spin
then I remember something, words can have more than 1 meaning or application and this 2 came to mind one after the other

So these are te answears I came up with
The "Curse" of the Higashikata family is actually a cause event of the Rock Humans, that have used the woman of the Higashikata family for generations, the original Rock Disease is actually the Rokakaka of the past side effects, but Johnny knowing about a possible cure in the Holy Corpse passed it to his son unintended and then used the Golden Spin for something and passed it to himself with the Holy Corpse, my guess is that he intended to use the Golden Spin to destroy the disease once it was on him even if it killed him, yet, for some reason, the disease that should have ended with Johnnys death was passed to the main Higashikata family, and I thinkis because a Rock Human interfeered and actually fought Johnny in a weakened state, remember there was a gap in time where they speculate he sacrified himeself only but to no ones acount, in this fight the Rock Humans somehow passed the disease to the main Higashikata family and through their actions killed Johnny by crushing his head with their petrified body, since Johnny didnt know they were capable of such actions, nor anyone else, thats the reason I dont buy Johnnys death being from self sacrifice itself but he reshot himself to fight but still lost due to lack of information, and I do beileve Tooru was the Rock Human who fought and killed Johnny, mostly from his reaction to the word, "The Spin" like he knew what he was talking about, lastly I want to notice how the leaves stand in Shake Down Road are the perfect place to fight Tooru, since the leaves stand are the only known thing so far that can directly harm him without the oponent being aware they actually hit him, and something tells me the last fight against Tooru is going to be 2 pronged battle, with Josuke fighting Wonder of U, andsomeone else with the New Rokakaka in SDR facing Tooru himself

True. It's possible the Zeppeli family have evolved their methods of using the Spin over the course of the 100+ years between SBR and JJL. Remember you dont need to use a steel ball necessarily, its just what Gyro and the Zeppeli's trained with and felt could utilize the best. Rai can spin his unravelled skin, and Josuke can unconsciously spin the small threads in the air to create his bubbles. That might be all it takes to re-direct attacks .
I feel like chapter 101 is gonna be nothing but joshu vs tooru. It kinda makes sense
I still think Tooru left the Higashikata estate to head to the hospital, because he disappeared from the treeline when he sensed Josuke in the room at the hospital. Not sure if that's 100% true but I do think Tooru wants to get rid of Josuke first. He knows where the fruit is and he feels like it is already in his grasp.
I think he sees Yasuho and Joshu as weaklings, and since Jobin is out the picture now (supposedly) there is no one strong in the Higashikata House left to take Tooru out. He can come back later and retrieve it after dealing with Josuke+Rai, as they are his biggest opponents right now.

I would assume the spinning lines maybe evaporate into thin air on collision with an object/person, activating the affect and simulating a "bubble popping" to the human eye because of how fast they are spinning. We might get answers soon.
no the line simply stops spinning. rai figured out that it was a line spinning at high speed multiple chapters ago and there he popped the bubble and it left the line behind.

I love JoJolion, its twist and Characters so far but honestly I do not think that too many callbacks do the series a service. Jojo was always great among other reasons because it didn't have to cash in on cheap nostalgia too much, and I get that there are infinite alternate universes. However, having Holly, Kira, "Jotaro" and others all being present in different places and different personalities isn't that appealing to me, just call them something else since it, if anything, just reminds me that there was this other cool universe that is now gone (Dont hate me I like SO as well). So, I hope he's not King Crimson 2 but white. The same criticism is valid for the final SBR arc to me.

I don't think Josuke's bubbles are just one single string, since it was divided in the middle in the beginning of the manga and then stopped after he accepted who he is, so I think it's hundreds of strings
So far, Rai has described it as a singular string spinning to make a sphere, but Araki changes/evolves his Stand ideas over time. The beginning of the Jojolion Manga was over 9 years ago so it's possible it has changed.

Yeah like others have said, I think we are in the final endgame now, but remember when D4C Part 1 came out. That was around 30 chapters away from the actual ending of SBR. It will probably be semi-similar here. There are still many questions left unanswered, I don't think Araki would end it within the next 2 years.
Plus I think both Josuke and Tooru will have power evolutions at some point. Even though WoU is incredibly powerful as it is. Josuke and Tooru haven't even met face-to-face yet in an enemy-to-enemy manner. Once they first come face to face ready to battle, only then can we start to think "This may be leading to an ending."

It's possible the infinite rotation could be achieved a different way. Remember that horse method was over 100 years before Jojolion, and Im sure the Zeppeli family have evolved their methods of achieving the infinite rotation. Though, I'd like to think that only Johnny and Gyro were ever the only ones to utilize it.
Josuke might only be able to use the rotation on a basic level, but it might be enough to defeat Tooru.

He just said that its a cord vibrating at very fast speeds to make it look like a sphere until now where it was actually confirmed to be the spin and now that Josuke knows, we could see a sort of power boost.

Bizarre Star Platinum I mean his bubbles are already not perfect but the fusion of two bubbles. Soft and Wet + Killer Queen. Gyro lost due to cracks being in his steel ball so if Josuke relies purely on the spin I think it could eventually become disastrous for him.
