@@stefanantolin5501 my point was not why was Kerr only out on in the last few mins, my point was why does the media only talk about her, when the rest of the team won the match for Australia
matildas play better without Sam Kerr
I sort of agree, the 'highlights' I watched showed the Matilda's forward players mostly ball feeding Sam while she was on but the French players were onto that and swamped Sam every time it happened, to the point whenever Sam was passed the ball in the French goal area, she found it very hard to offload the ball either at the French goal box or back to another Matilda's player nearby.
Hopefully that's settle down with their next game and they play more as a team than rely on their main media star.
