Her brother was an elite AFL footballer for a decade. He twice finished second in the league MVP called “the Brownlow medal”. His name was Daniel Kerr for the record. He had a pretty sad life post retirement (drugs and prison). He was an absolute gun on field though.

Yes, the video was informative to use every four year soccer fan. To be honest I had never heard of Ms. Kerr until this World Cup.

you'd think a pom would know that Aussie rules is basically Irish football played with an oval ball. It's similar enough that they have cross code matches with Ireland (which are typically brutal affairs). But a nice precis of Sam's career. Be nice to see get the Ballon D'Or sometime. I'd love for her (like Messi) to get that WC as well.

Is there a media agenda to market this girl as the female messi?? Alot of goals shown in this video are run of the mill tap ins. There are a couple of good volleys. The dribbles shown here are beating mostly one player maximum two. It might be worth watching a few compilation videos of messis goals and ball control. By calling this girl a female messi is merely just embarrassing yourself...

On women's level soccer she is like Messi against other woman, obviously it's not on the same level as the men
@@russneedham1701 no shes is not like Messi to other women. She has scored some good goals. Like against England recently. But some other women have scored goals like that. Messi on the other hand is a completely different level to his male counterparts. Messi's brain works differently to the rest. His ball control has never been seen before by any other player in history. That includes Maradona Pele Eucebio Cryuff and all the Ronaldos! Kerr is great for Australian womens football and is brilliant in comparison to other women but the gap between is not vast like in Messi's case

@@russneedham1701😂 She’s not even top third in the women’s. I could list players some who are though: Rachael Daly, Guro Reiten, Khadija Shaw. But I agree with others comments Messi is on a whole other planet and it will take time for another GOAT in the men’s to come. As for the women’s, none of them are even ready to be considered the GOAT of the women’s; women’s football still has a lot to grow. But even then, men’s and women’s football shouldn’t even be compared, as it’s quite obvious the men’s sport is on a whole other level.
