Shortly after rounding the island and adjusting the course slightly southward, the skies indeed clear up, and upon landing in Hammerfest, the never-setting summer sun shines brightly into the cockpits of the airplanes - the Monkeys have made it - at least this far, with a few liters of fuel remaining in their tanks!
