- Fort Frances is a town of about 4,700 people, located on the banks of the Rainy River just across the border from the US town of International Falls, Minnesota.
Totally terrific.
It was crazy living here. Btw I’m a still a kid who used to live there but doesn’t anymore but ye quite scary there:3
Mekong restaurant at 1:34 is the best asian restaurant here. The owner is Vietnamese ❤❤❤.
My guess is that Fort Frances is just over the border from Minnesota and this is the companion piece to your video on International Falls. Very nice, man. Gotta chuckle at the availability of weed in what seems to be a small town. Perhaps that’s why people are happy. Again, very nice, man.
Minnesota’s governor has just signed a law legalizing recreational cannabis sales in the state starting August 1. Perhaps the happiness is set to spread south.
@@DonaldRallis I read that and had forgotten about it! I think that makes them the 27th state to legalize it for recreational use. I think that’s what I read. More to the point I simply loved your take on “Main Street Canada” and everything found there.
