Today we were tactically outclassed by a Championship side and only scored through pieces of individual brilliance. Against United it was the same, a tactically chaotic game with no control, saved by individual brilliance. But you can't rely on that, especially with young players. The bar for Poch to "succeed" at Chelsea was on the floor (Implement a system and challenge for Top 6) and he still failed miserably

For me, I think Poch must go, how can you remove your top two attackers in Palmer and Jackson before 90 minutes, and you are only 1 goal up. Who do you expect to score a goal for you if things go south which it did. The reason why am mad at Poch is because he doesn't want to learn from his mistakes, he thinks what he knows now is enough and he doesn't want to learn more. This is the same mistakes against Arsenal, while we are 1 goal up and you decide to remove all your attacker and when the score we are screwed.
