If you intend to take F1 cars to go-kart tracks again, you may want to think about switching to intermediate tyres, since they're even stickier than soft tyres and should still last an entire race. I'd also recommend switching your aerodynamic and gear ratio setups for maximum downforce and torque respectively.
Maybe the F2004 with a V6 Turbo Hybrid would work best on this track. The engine would be efficient and wouldn't be too overpowered for the circuit, and the smaller car with its traction control would make it easier to complete a lap without taking anyone out.
