Wing articulation is super underrated. You can express a lot of personality with wings.

That's why I love when Seeker wings are articulated
If prime starscream ever makes it, those things better be at maximum articulation. Those wings alone was the most worked on piece of expressions in the whole show. From the intimated low angle, to the menacing flare, to even the joyful flutter, starscream expressed it all

I'm honestly liking her. I always wanted them to bring her back. Part of me wishes they'd lean more into the idw design with darker reds, but honestly, it looks pretty solid, she's definately going to be on my list.
Maybe a retool is coming soon, who knows?

I love that even though she’s clearly mostly based on the Cyberverse design, because of Legacy kind of standardizing everything she doesn’t look out of place next to Tarn or other comic book characters. Been wanting a new Windblade for a while and it looks like it was worth the wait.

Definite pickup. Really surprised how large she scales as a modern deluxe. Can't say for sure, but very close to thrilling 30s one which is the only one I own now. Playing around with it again I've realized I don't hate it as much as I did despite being very fiddly and nothing really tabbing in. Sword is great, and I like the hinging on the back as they can be lifted with the engines facing forward. Really looking forward to getting this update next year though.
The first time I was introduced to Windblade was actually in RID 2015. At the time, I had no idea of her story before that. Now that I know, it makes her so much more interesting :D
I never got her Titans Return figure, but I do have the Thrilling 30 deluxe and the RID 2015 warrior class. They are both great figures, but the Thrilling 30 one has a bit of trouble standing unless you have her standing straight up.
For a deluxe under 30 bucks u.s. being of an underutilized character with a transformation that cool in my opinion, this is an automatic pick up. Honestly I think this is the definitive windblade sculpt and figure as of rn and would love to see it's designs retooled (I personally love how the legs mass shift and collapse like modern seeker arms)
Definitely happy I got this one on pre-order, and it seems that a lot of people think the same way since shortly after Pulsecon on the same day, Windblade pre-orders sold out fairly quickly. Excited to get this one, Windblade is one of my Autobot faves.

She looks absolutely awesome. It is a worthy purchase without a shadow of the doubt. In my humble opinion - this is the best version of Windblade we have received in years.
Love the first wave, chase is a 1000% get, wind blade is a definite want, but I hope we get more decepticons or bad guys, hoping for a deluxe loudpedal

I've always liked Windblade so this was an easy pre-order. Hasbro Pulse gave us 2 per pre-order so I bought 2. Amazon is sketchy with their packaging so I went with Hasbro as I know my package will arrive safely and the boxes aren't going to be crushed or broken.
Don't like Cyberverse but this one is on my shopping list - I love Windblade from IDW. And removable backpack is great feature

Originally thought about getting Bee but seeing Windblade in person compared to her stock photos actually convinced me to cancel and get her instead! With an upgrade kit to fill her hollow bits she'd be perfect.

The way the shins split and compact around around the thighs remind me of the old Universe Cyclonus figure. It was a creative way to handle the legs then and it still looks like it holds up with this figure.
Ngl, I would love to see a short film of Martial Art characters, Her along with Drift, Bludgeon, and Nightbird would be fun to see in a fight.

I was on the fence about this, even though I've wanted a Windblade figure for ages because I didn't like the previous designs. The robot mode looks a lot better in your review than the promo shots. Don't really like the Jet mode or the wings on this tbh. Will wait to see it in person. I was hoping they would've dropped a Titans Return based Gens refresh

That is pretty cool that her "hairfan" blade comes out and can be used as a weapon.
Man I would imagine if Cyberverse Bumblebee would appeared in Wave 2 based on Evergreen Bumblebee
Cyberverse Windblade and Shadowstriker really make me question if we will get Cyberverse Bumblebee too. Because I would be interested to see his evergreen design with the current Legacy runs! Also, we surprisingly haven't gotten many Bees yet in Legacy. There is only Goldbug from the 4-pack and animated Bee. Pretty unusual considering how much Hasbro promotes the franchise with him.
I would really want a Legacy Cyberverse Bumblebee to happen. If it doesn't happen for the legacy line, Imagine if it were to be released in the Buzzworthy Bumblebee line? Because the box art for Bumblebee has the Evergreen Design among the other designs for Bumblebee, therefore it wouldn't makes sense that Hasbro and Takara wouldn't make a Cyberverse Bumblebee figure. (With the exception of the mainline Cyberverse Bumblebee)
I actually think her backpack looks better than on most seeker mods that just have the nosecone sticking out. At least the way it folds up, it looks more like a part of the robot mode than just a random bit of plane sticking there that they couldn't get rid off.
I'm definitely gonna look for this Windblade. I do wish she had two of the blades but other than that, it looks awesome
One deluxe remains to be seen. Right now this wave seems very strong, can't wait to see voyagers and core.

Legacy United Cyberverse universe Windblade is so fantastic. Despite have cable on her back, but this figure still amazing to me 😊. Luckily this figure is very similar design from Transformers Cyberverse series, i love it. Windblade first known in Transformers IDW comic and her very first appearance as canon in Transformers Robots in Disguise 2015 series, Transformers Combiner series and so far her last appearance as canon in Transformers Cyberverse series. From comic to cartoon series show, Windblade design not much change, i love it, made me easy to recognize this character. My answer is YES. I will pick up Legacy United Cyberverse universe Windblade if i manage to find this figure 😁. Great video, PrimevsPrime 🤗.

I would of loved an actual idw windblade as when I heard it was going to be a cyberverse windblade I was all "meth, I'll get her because I try to get them all" but this one actually surprised me and is a worthy substitute
Now this is more like it! Every Windblade figure in the past has always had a problem. The Thrilling 30 figure was unable to stand up. The RID warrior class figure, don’t know if this is just my copy, one of her wings won’t stay folded down in vehicle mode. I didn’t even bother getting the Titans Return figure. But just looking at this review, my decision is made up: this figure is incredibly superior to past Windblade’s and I am really looking forward to getting her. And I’m so happy that she can stand up

This is So Awesome and since there resurrecting windblade for legacy im hoping for the future that they bring back drift in his generation universe design because drift is my favorite samurai autobot Next to windblade hope that they bring him into the legacy line in the near future!!!

3:23 I can tell that they gonna use this and make an upgrade kit and I'm sure its gonna look like that: a new nosecone piece that can be split in two so that both sides look similar to each other or the nosecone will be a separate piece from the backpack and its gonna attach to her back.
I’m actually rlly happy the back transforms like that I can’t do deluxe jets they too small so this mold is gonna get turned into a car BUT the way the back works I can totally work wheels on so she still has her trademark ft. a circle wings

Generations selects slipstream incoming with the ability to take off the backpack we are definitely going to see her finally
The vertical stabilizer could be larger, and the jet mode isn't anywhere near as sleek as the show model or original figure, but it's not bad. The robot mode looks great overall.
I don't even mind the backpack.
I don't usually buy mould buddies but I'll probably pick this and the Slipstream remould up.

I finally just found her at target today . I got her for my four year old but really for me to have a new toy to play with . My older kids I get to play video game and youngest toys lol. When they grow up I’m going to be bored

She looks pretty much perfect to me visually. It's just a major bummer that both her elbows and knees are limited to slightly under 90° of bend. At least for the elbows, it doesn't look like there's any limiting factor for why they don't bend further than that
I’m not too excited about Windblade herself, but I’m certainly looking forward to the inevitable Slipstream coming out of this mold.
