Hello,, I respect sadhguru and value some of the things he says which I can relate to & find many of his answers on complex issues convincing.
Everything has its pros and cons I believe.
PrOS -Isha foundation is a beautiful property surrounded by hills cool breeze and greenery which instantly Uplifts your mood the moment you enter the place.
The vibe of the place is so magical.
Beautiful surroundings ,Love the food, So healthy & has many benefits ,the peaceful music being played ,dhyanalinga temple,adiyogi.kind/sweet volunteers,dance practice session/playground activities.
CONS -was expecting much more than just watching videos and learning yoga practices on a big screen in a common lobby area.There has to be a live guru/teacher for that if we are staying in the ashram.
I didn’t understand why do they charge for even a single tablet if a participant is feeling unwell & has already paid a big amount, should be given the required medical.
A programme like this should not be too much commercialised.
No food will be served to you if you are late.
The beautiful Farm/ground area was restricted and we were not allowed to step out during the entire programme which I felt was quite unfair as it’s meant to be open to the participants atleast.If you miss long program cannot be continued if you really get into an unfavorable situation.
