Quick question do you think this can cause Audio to not come out from my BMW X5 I have a 2007 x5 and audio comes and goes mine is all messed up the power distribution box you think that can cause
Sounds like a short but i wouldnt know. Can you post a video of the problem? I would check fuse, amp and head unit.
Do you know why my e92 325 doesn’t have the blue plug with black wire to it. I only have main and 2 fuses not 5 across

Hey so you say you could still drive it, what was it doing to let you know something was wrong? I was trying to replace my gf halo bulb and i unhooked the positive side of battery. I unhooked everything, the distribution box an everything cause i didnt see the other place to unhook it until after . Well so now the car will crank and seems to run fine but i aint got power to anything inside. No gauges no windows the key fob wont even unlock it....this what yours did?
I only had a code for the distribution box but everything worked fine. Sound like you blow a fuse are relays.
are you able to find the box anywhere like auto zone etc. ? or do you have to order it online
I ordered mines from FCP euro. I believe it’s only available online or dealership
Dealer part or FCP euro like he said, I just went to the dealership the other day to pick one up for $74 before taxes.
Have you gotten better as time has gone by? I always disconnect my battery now because I did something VERY SIMILAR.

@@oishirley Most definitely! I have learned exponentially because of the mistakes, especially the expensive ones. As long as it doesn’t kill me, i wouldn’t have growth without the mistakes.

FCP euro Part #61146971370. I didn’t code it
Did this cause your car not to start at all
It drove like this for about a year. But sometimes it wouldnt start but not sure if that was the problem
If this problem is not taken care of your car will randomly not start , turn off im having this issue at the moment
I did have that problem but i cant say for sure what cause it.
How much would you say the whole job cost you? Dealership quoted me $365, considering don't it myself
It cost me about $60 not counting the tools.
