The styles of music are so drastically different between singers it just doesn't make sense to me to compare them. Ronnie's era was a lot more emo-influenced post hardcore shit where with Craig it's always been more hard rock with some of those leftover influences. They're completely different singers on top of it, and they're both good.
One band that whenever they come to the uk I make damn sure I get tickets to as many shows as possible!

People here in Brazil feels so different. We spent the hole gig crying, screaming and singing
I’ve seen Escape the Fate live three different times over a span of 13 years (13/15/25) and they’ve had different members every time, lol. Hell, the first time I saw them, Ronnie was still the singer, and Craig was the singer of Blessthefall (who also performed that night)! The second time Max was still in the band!! Absolutely incredible every single time, though. Meet Craig twice. The second and most recent time, I actually showed him the picture I took with him when I was 15. He got a good chuckle out of that blast from the past.
I only seen them once the year after they released "Ungrateful" at Uproar 2014. I love them to death but the crowd was so fucking lame that day.
Top upload but this is way off the best lineup in my opinion. The 2013 show upload on CZcams is on another level 🤟🤟

these songs are really hard to sing when you are vocally exhausted from being on tour and doing 20 shows a month for months on end. I would like to see a vid of them FRESH.

Monte is a great guitarist but Thrasher is a better talent. Monte is fixated on his style, Thrasher not only overall play guitar better has a wider range in his style.

gabriel robledo not this time around. I have a good recording of them on my channel though. They come through fairly often so I try to space them out. Next time they come through I’ll be getting a new set of them. I also have limited memory on my camera so I tried to keep the SD card free knowing both ETF and Slaves were doing hour long sets

@Alvaro Ronaldo Kevin is all speed, Monte is a fantastic guitarist.
yeah just a shame Monte's actually awful live and nearly always messed up solos that required any kind of technical skill. Oh and also the fact that Thrasher is a super clean player, a nice dude and he's got a lot of skill in production as well as guitar playing and the band is happier with him too.
Rob Stone have you been living under a rock since 2009? Watch their Live At The Roxy viseo, Monte plays amazing and doesn't mess up. Thrasher often messes up Monte's solos and his guitar playing is just a mess of sped-up notes with no soul.
@@TheDeathTwo I'll put it to you this way, watch literally any live footage of This War is Ours and Monte messes up the intro. If thrasher uses a different style then that's one thing, but if Monte can't even play the lead part in a song that he wrote then that's real bad. Also the Roxy was a great show but there are plenty of times where it's noticeable that Monte messes up a riff that should be easy considering he wrote them and has to play them 150+ times a year. Kevin learned all of the songs and plays them with a cleaner technique and doesn't bring any drama to the band either. Anything beyond that is down to opinion but what I've just said is fact.

both times ive tried to record Set To Stun theres been so many things thrown around/broken/knocked over that the audio never comes out, and most of the set ends up being in the crowd anyways so there's really nothing to see. maybe next time i'll be like hey guys my channel really wants to see you perform so if you can just keep it on the stage thatd be tight

Sorry not this time! I do have a good video of Picturesque on my channel. I only don’t have Set to Stun because every time they play at the foundry they break a lot of things and stuff comes unplugged. It messes up the audio

The vocals on this one sound significantly better, and better balance between lead and background vocals. There is still a strange kind of hollow raspy resonance to the tone, but it actually sounds like the singer is in the right room. I still think your mixes are best!

Then why would they tour with a bassist? There's a backing track with additional vocals and some electronic elements, but the bass is live.

No it’s not. I’ve been a live musician for a decade and a half and more bands, especially in this genre, play with live backing tracks, ie warped tour bands. I’ve seen the tracks being played on pro tools rigs from stage, you’re gonna have to take my word on this one.

Could be that he didn't warm up properly before the show. Could be age. As we age our voices get deeper and some people find it harder to hit high notes. So yeah

clearly, he did not compose those solos, it is obvious that he can not make them like the original composer, but you can not underestimate him he is a good guitarist and has his own compositions and his contribution in escape the fate is great!

Hes been doing this for years and tours alot. When hes not doing etf he does his heavier band dead rabbitts and every artist has off days so lay off
