The bridge in the video is that of the infamous PGA National road. And, near it you’ll see restaurants such as Bricktops, Seasons 52, and Waterway Café.

@@SlovenianGirlAbroad I really don't know the true answer but it would probably depend on which part of the US. Florida is a more transient area so most people don't stay in the same location long. There is a good mix of renters and owners here.
