    Takeaways:
    1. Don't eat carbs for breakfast.
    2. Eat 5-10 eggs and coffee (optional) in the morning.
    3. Don't check your phone after waking up. (Drains our energy)

    Phone is not my problem neither morning routine. Idk i suddenly started to lose focus i mean like my attention span fucked up but it is getting better and the next is my brain wander alot and i excessively day dream i mean even while watching this vid i was just looking at it i was hearing it there were no noise or distraction but i forgot that i was watching this vid i was in my own world i had to rewatch this vid 5 times 🙂the fourth time i watched it but i forgot what he said so i had to rewind it even while I'm showering my muscles are working perfectly I'm applying body soap but I don't know what i am doing i mean i cannot explain this. I have alots of symptoms of ADHD. Idk i never experienced this before it all started this year i mean i di daydream alot since i was child to escape reality but it never interrupted me during work or even ny brain were wandering during work i could still focus i still knew what i was doing. It's so irritating sometimes i just want to scream 🙂

      Thanks for your comment. This problem is actually way more common than youd think. I'd recommend doing activities that calm yoir brain and are not stimulating, examples meditation and reading books. Just try to sit down and meditate for 3 min, or read a book for 3 min and do it daily. Then just progressively overload this. Doing this will help, best of luck💪
