    Hi! And thank you for this amazing tutorial... I've a question about the moviefilein and the level: how do you set the movie file in that "negate" mode? or is the video itself made like that?

      If you don't find the solution actually, press Z ( or w for qwerty )

    Simple question: how did you get that null in 0:46 automatically? is there any shortcut or anything?

    For me the grid doesn't look like a grid. It looks like a plane ...

      did you solve this problem?

    • @adrianfels2985
      @adrianfels2985 Před 2 lety

      @@djh9513 No sadly not. I think you either have to lower the resolution of each circle or change it from the grid operator. Maybe the circles are so close together that you can't even see each individual circle.

      In Grid Parameters change the Primitive Type to Polygon and the Connectivity to Rows and Columns.

    That may be a matter of taste, but I personally find all these so-called tutorials where the creators don't explain what and why they're actually doing pretty pointless. Simply filming the screen and playing some more or less appealing music is really not very educational. :/

      I'm not entirely sure if I understand your answer correctly. But as already written, some explanations of what is being done and why would enhance the video considerably. Explanations are the essential part of a tutorial. Otherwise it might be misleading to use this term for the video title. If you don't want to or can't explain during the recording, at least some subtitles or text overlays might be a solution.

      @@kainerda2088 You're right, so I'm next no matter tutorial or plugin what developed by myself, I will make explainantion using English, hope more people to understand them. here is my first try

      @@kainerda2088 i think if you follow along with the video and take the steps he does exactly the same way you learn alot more than you would if you had someone talk you through it. and if you cant figure out whats going on by simply performing the steps then perhaps your knowledge of touchdesigner isnt where it needs to be to be able to learn these types of techniques. as you said it might be matter of personal taste, which could be the case , but i find these tutorials to be much more effective for me because i just do the things in the video and learn about it as it happens which is also more fun for me. if someone spoonfeeds me the whole process i tend to drift off into other things that never work and you also have the variety in each persons teaching style to deal with also. sometimes the tutorial is dope but i cant handle how slow the guy talks or just his cadence or whatever. so yea . thats my thoughts on that... not that you asked lol
      hope your touchdesigner journey is going better now for you!
