I thing is the game devs design this game like that in order to counter map rendering cuz it will shutter/fps drop if he flies at super sonic speed. And in games like DBZ the map level of detailing is very low which makes it easier to render
@dorathedestroyer770 should give you the choice especially for open world travel they did it on ps2 with a superman game and it was so fun and spiderman 2 web gliding in wind is basically iron-man flying

Ironman has all the flight speed of a gentle breeze.
In the 1st Ironman movie he went supersonic. But in this game you can fly really really slow. So awesome 🙄
