I have the Napoli set and I find the extra space in the box to be a very useful feature. It allows me to mix and match items from other sets and it's become my central hub for all things Subbuteo. I keep a pair of 90s club edition goalposts in there, a couple of Zuego goals, a couple of 90s footballs and the 75th anniversary gold ball as well as team boxes for the provided teams. The "open box" form factor has given me the freedom to customise my Subbuteo experience into a way that suits me.

Looks like a leggenda Rangers 1971/72 & Ferencvaros 1964/65 to me mate. Your probs right they’ve included old leggenda teams to get rid.. still all decent sets though mate.. can’t beat the 80s lightweight teams for me though.. many a Christmas I used to unwrap various teams.. good times. Happy new year mate

At minute 2:30 you show a fantastic box of a "british edition" but I don't find your video about it.
I only find another not so appealing and not with 4 teams.
I brought it before I was on CZcams. Its very similar no in lay tray la leggenda teams could have been better
Thanks you for sharing . Nice adds to your collection ! I love the look of the MILAN AC and JUVVENTUS BOXES SETS , they are lovely ! Even if the storage is poor...smile ; the coulors of the 2 nd teams are weird (For the Juventus box the second team look to the France national team.... and at Milan AC only the goalkeper wears a green jersey...smile) but the traditional jersey teams look nice. I think there is also a NAPOLI box set and maybe an ITALY NATIONAL BOX SET. Happy Collecting.

Nothing wrong with a Christmas hat in July! The stores will be selling Christmas decorations again in a couple of months. The shops that have not gone bust due to COVID-19 that is.

I knew it was a mistake watching these. On a bored, nostalgic post Xmas night I started browsing on the internet, ooops! Before I know it I’ve put in an offer for a club edition set with three extra teams and a few accessories, scoreboard and fencing, much to my surprise it was accepted. Now what? I live alone so won’t be able to play with it, doh! Does £32 for that sound reasonable? Looks good in the photos, guessing it’s from the late 80’s with polystyrene trays. How easy is it to find out what the teams are once they arrive?

So the find out the teams and for hours of fun reading that’ll make you wanna spend more, search Peter Upton subbuteo details all the teams colours as well a detailed history of everything. Plus you can play alone, there are solo leagues on Facebook, searches them out. It start now as £32, soon it’ll team after team.
Nothing else to spend my money on at 63!
Result, well mainly. Got the usual teams in the set plus Man Utd, Spurs in all white and Birmingham. But that wasn’t enough, I also have Blackpool, Blackburn, Liverpool, Sheffield Wednesday and West Ham on the way. With bids in for another couple of teams, that should do me...... for now. Kitclassics.co.uk is interesting for info. I really must stop.

Ben Nigel glad you enjoy pal. eBay used to good, but at the moment is tough to buy from, people overpricing a lot. There are a couple of selling groups that can be fair in Facebook and it’s all about the hunt on Facebook maket place and Gumtree. Charity shop can be good, other find stuff there, but I never do. Subbuteoworld.com isn’t a bad shout either :-)

Juventus’s shirt is all wrong for 2019-20 it’s half black half white now. Not the stripes

Looks like early 80s kappa kit with the black panel for the number and goalie kit with dark sleeves.
