@@SubbuteoCollector Don't worry I'm not bothered. I knew my 'hobby horse' would cause a bit of a stir. What you have to be aware of is that in the course of the last 4 years I've interviewed dozens and dozens of people in the community - collectors, painters, solo players and stadium builders and almost without exception when I asked if they'd consider playing competitively they all said that being hammered put them off. Even those who play - at my club and some at Leicester felt the same way. I was really just reflecting what I'd been told. I knew it would be a little controversial and hope to discuss this on Watsie's show and I know those guys will give me a hard time. 😂

​@@WobblyHobbySubbuteoClubThat's a very FISTF attitude if you ask me. WASPA is not a development league it's an alternative to FISTF. There are lots of great players in the WASPA rankings and I'm sure an Italian WASPA competition is just as competitive as a UK FISTF.

@@dair31able WASPA is not an alternative to FISTF. They work perfectly well together imo. Btw ESA tournaments have 3 tiers of competition. The Open, the Plate and the Shield, each catering for different levels of players.
