- Welcome back to my Costa Diadema vlog series! In this episode, I'll be taking you ashore in 2 ports instead of one: Arrecife (Lanzarote) and Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Tenerife). I'll show you how I keep my channel up to date while spending so much time at sea, and we'll also explore the islands together. Hope you enjoy!

I'm on this cruise as part of a 14-night cruise around the Mediterranean, stopping at ports in Spain, France, Italy, Portugal and the Canary Islands. I'm visiting lots of new ports (to me) on this cruise, so I'm really looking forward to exploring, and showing you more of what a Mediterranean cruise could look like!

Wonderful, the Canary Islands! One of those places that I'd like to visit as my father served as a merchant marine and always talked about his times in the area. I am really getting nothing but great vibes in regards to Costa...marvelous! Bruce and Otis

Did Mark actually get his multi-nation travelled birthday card ?😂. As you know, I'm interested in the "boring" stuff too! 😮 So can I ask for your guidance re the conversation with hotel staff, such as what's the wi-fi speed? And for a quiet spot to work, how many coffees, waters/beers, tapas, or pastries will it cost? 😅 Fab vlog! 😊
Don’t worry - the birthday card will surface in a future vlog, haha! Re: wifi, I actually jump onto google and run a quick wifi speed test - if it’s high enough, I’ll jump on. If not, I’ll call it quits and go elsewhere…

Ha, I had no idea this was an option 😂
You don't need your passport unless otherwise told. If you miss the ship, all your belongings including stuff from your safe will be removed and handed to the port authorities, before the ship sails to the next port. The port authorities will give you your belongings when you arrive to find the ship has set sail without you.
