He heavily out damages Noelle
But Noelle's self sustain is unparalleled.

That itto's E skill is a monster in disguise. It hits like a nuke when your in Ultimate is active. Even at lvl1. It hits pretty hard

@@Key_AO personally not for me, because the fact that Zhonglis meteor is essentially a mini ZA WARUDO is pretty op if you're in a sticky situation especially with his c2 as it gives everyone a free Zhongli op sheild even in a party.

in summary noelle is a sustained type unit that can really tank a lot of damage while dishing out geo damage while itto on the other hand do scale defense but also vulnerable to damage when doing charge burst attack but as he goes with his burst and charge he can gain alot of speed in attack while increasing his attack damage. Noelle is the immovable object, and Itto is the unstoppable force
Add Gorou into the mix and you've got a picture perfect representation of how it feels to be stoned to death.

no, I'm pretty sure Noelle is just outclassed in terms of dps. this guy didn't level Ushi, who is a mini nuke that consistently hits 80k+ while in burst. seems biased and incomplete.
The damage numbers are confusing because of Albedo's E. I don't know if its Itto's and Noelle or Albedo's.

Childe has a lot of time-wasting mechanics/phases. Better use the cryo/pyro flower boss, then compare their clear time or dmg there.
If built enough ship can just oneshot it
not rlly a good boss since it dies too easily which means we won’t see how itto/noelle perform on multiple phase fights

Noelle and Itto are pretty much the same to each other as Yanfei is to Klee or Sucrose to Venti/Kazuha. They essentially do the same job, but the 5* char obviously does it better, because that's how it should be.
Edit: Someone has given me an in-depth explanation on why Sucrose is a bad example. I got it, but I still leave that here for the context.
Except noelle can make shields and heal.
@@nikkyu4527 if you mean by grouping enemies or providing an elemental mastery boost (which she's excels in that), Sucrose did an okay job but she can't do it better than Venti or Kazuha in that matter. Because she's supposed to do that, not that she can't do both.
@@MrCazador123 and Itto can provide 3-4 particles to battery the team. Which is important because Gorou needs a lot of energy to function at full potential. Gorou suffers from energy limitations in a Noelle team. As for shielding, Gorou already provides some shard shields which is enough for basically every content. The only real downside is healing, but Bennett or proto Amber Mona is ok. And another difference is that Itto can utilize Mona Buff quite well because the bull hits like a truck. And that 5 seconds is enough to squeeze all of Ittos charge attack stacks in one duration. Meaning he can function like an Ayaka burst.
I don't think it's that clear of a comparison. Noelle (on top of being a shielder and a healer which is big for the current Abyss 12 with all the Rifthounds) does more AoE damage, so battle against a single boss naturally favors Itto. Not saying she's better then Itto, but he's not just a 5 star upgrade on her kit.
Not to mention that the 5 star being better is questionable given that the Traveller and Aloy are both 5 stars, while Bennett, Xiangling and Xingqiu are 4 stars.
@@GimOA Yanfei and Klee are both pyro catalyst main dps who use charged attacks. Itto and Noelle are both geo claymore main dps who convert their DEF stat into ATK during their burst. They’re very similar. Venti, Kazuha, and Sucrose are sort of similar but not nearly as much. All three are anemo supports with good crowd control but they use different weapons and do different teams.
Venti’s main off-field role is his insane crowd control from his burst. Kazuha has worse crowd control than Venti, but provides a buff to elemental damage bonus. Sucrose also has worse crowd control than Venti, and doesn’t provide any elemental damage bonus, but an elemental mastery bonus instead. There’s an important distinction between the three. Venti lacks the buffs that the other two provide. Kazuha is better in mono-element comps and freeze comps. Sucrose excels in reaction-based teams.
There’s also the weapons. You can’t use Freedom Sworn on Sucrose just as you can’t use Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayer on Kazuha or Venti. Kazuha and Venti don’t get as much from the Sacrificial series as Sucrose gets, because she uses a catalyst.
And Kazuha and Venti aren’t actually better than Sucrose. Teams like the Sucrose taser comp wouldn’t be as good without Sucrose’s elemental mastery boost and anemo normal attacks swirling both elements constantly. Kazuha and Venti would be better than Sucrose on ex. a freeze team, where elemental mastery doesn’t do much.
So even if all three are anemo supports with good crowd control, they don’t do the same thing. Kazuha and Venti aren’t strictly better than Sucrose.

@@AJ-fn3ug It would also serve you well when your main dps of any kind has crappy artifacts that give defense sub-stacks, then that greatsword solves that problem by turning defense into attack.
In simple terms, just think of Noelle as Itto but with lower damage and no self particle regeneration but still has decent dps with a lot of utility(shield/healing). Itto's the big pp geo dps while Noelle is the one woman geo army.
noelle is a jack of all trades but master of none but I still prefer her than any healers and shielders.
The DMG she loses agains Itto, she gains it having a shield and healing her teammates.
Noelle is better she is sup, healer and dps itto = dum

To put a correct perspective, Noelle is an all rounder with huge aoe swipes. But she needs a battery to keep going. Itto is a pure dps, fast burst, can generate his own particles most of the time but he do lacks self healing, self shield and aoe.
They both do big dps, but if you need to fight a single target, you will prioritize survivability or dmg, and work your supports around that. If you want maximum Gorou boost, you get 1 extra geo, and will use the last slot for healing if Itto, and dps if Noelle (Considering you dealing with corrosion).
You would prioritize dps over survivability in abyss, so itto would be really great but he requires team that has shielder like zhongli/noelle, or healer like bennett/gorou(c4)
But using noelle means that you dont need to bring a healer and shielder(if you can proc reactions fast enough), you can save 1-2 extra slot for battery/support which ofc helps dps such as yunjin/ningguang/geo mc/fischl/beidou. But theres nothing wrong with bringing zhongli at noelle's team

bad comparison, Itto's artifacts should have gone on Noelle If you didnt have a set for her, at least so that her crit rate wasnt so abyssmal, because now she looks way more enticing if she can finish the fight for the same amount of time than a more optimized 5*.
it won't work like that bcs itto's ascension stat is crit rate, so you get 19% free crit rate from leveling him

noelle is better for multiple enemies since she can get her ult back quickly and she also has higher range while itto is best for bost fights since he has better single target damage
You'd be surprised how big Itto's charged atk AoE is. It's almost as big as Noelle's and can hit high above him as well

As much as I'm a Noelle mains, your showcase messed up both character potential. Itto should have more damage than Noelle if u timed the rotation well, he is and he will always make more damage than Noelle coz he's 5 star DPS. Your showcase on Noelle also messed up as u dun give her proper artifacts and bad timing that she didn't get enough energy particles from Albedo for burst.so yeah bad showcase example sorry.
I'm glad I built my Noelle since I started playing + recently getting albedo is such a nice geo battery
Noelle can utilize the entire passive of Redhorn. The extra DEF and Crit will make her the ultimate all-rounder since her shield, burst and heal all are scaled off DEF.
i personally think noelle is better both cuz she is easily obtainable and he can continue using her burst even after swapping out (she is cuter too)

So basically, Itto is better for burst damage while Noelle is better at sustained damage.

I mainly use Noelle as a support in group fights. Shield on and circle slashes with e burst.. she heals everyone pretty fast (I maxed out her def to 2500).
So essentially I can just build noelle since she can dish out slightly less damage but act as a support with her shield and healing

My itto does roughly the same but im using r4 serpent spine, 4 pc opulent with a purple c.dmg circlet, lv 80 and with 175% cdmg.
An alternate set to use for itto is 2/2 opulent and glad set or 4 pc glad set with def sands if you do not have full opulent set, if your glad set has better substats then it is better to go full glad. You do lose out 54% def and 18% but it is an alternative until u get good opulent arti

Tbh 2 pc husk and 2pc Petra is better . It offers around the same damage although my 2pc husk/2pc Petra had had 20% more cdmg than my 4pc husk set. Ushi was hitting 100K in the open world lmao.

2 piece glad isn’t that good for him, Petra is better
2 opulent and 2 petra is better than putting 2 glad because that 18% atk has low value due to itto having low base atk. Never use glad pieces unless you have no choice or unless you have the 4pc bonus.
I think you should give to Noelle the Itto's artifacts and eventually give to her some food to increase her crit rate. On this way you can really compare the difference between Itto C0 and Noelle C6 (even considering that Noelle is lv 80).
Itto > Single / Boss units
Noelle > Huge crowd / multiple units

My unbuffed Noelle can do samely as your buffed :3 Using Yun Jin with Husk, Gorou with Emblem/Husk combo, Bennett with Alley flash (no artifacts yet) and Full husk on Noelle :3 On final slash and with all the buffs she can do 53K :3 Itto with similar build can do even better than that, but I do not have one. My fiancée does :D
Rotation is messed up. Pop Gorou, then Albedo, then Itto.... Both Albedo's skill AND Itto's burst snapshot the defense. Therefore, both can benefit for the full duration of their respective skills.

C6 Noelle with 4pc Husk is really OP try it, it might surpass itto's damage. But the only problem is you need a team that will give a lot of energy to maximize the up time of her burst and gorou is a must!
surpass is a bit of a stretch. she matches itto. i have r5 redhorn, which makes noelle's spin SUPER powerful, and with this tech she actually matches my c1 itto in raw dps. true, she is tankier and and her AOE is larger (specially when spinning to win), but itto's not too shabby on either, too. in the end, they're both super good and underrated. you just need to invest in their party members to extract all of their potential, which no one seems to do (c6 gorou is a huge boost to both, for instance).

i have both a well developed c6 noelle and c0 level 70 underdeveloped itto and i could definitely attest that the latter's damage is on par with the previous. If I develop itto to the level I have developed my c6 noelle, the previous will outclass the latter in terms of damage potential.
How can this be a good compare if itto and noelle dont have the same artifact. The Damage difference with a bad Husk Set and good Retracting Set is really big.

Albedo's Flower snapshots his Def stat when cast, so it's important to set up Gorou's E first before swapping to him.

There is a one important question which one is harder to get guaranteed Itto c0 or not guaranteed Noelle c6... I myself after playing for 1year got 4 Noelle it means she is c3 now but I can get Itto just like one day so in my opinion getting Itto as a f2p is easier than Noelle c6...just like u can see not everybody have that luck...and one thing more why making this so complicated u can just use Noelle and Itto at the same time like both have DMG Noelle can heal and shield and Itto has DMG and energy then use gorou to buff ur team then use idk someone with lot of ER like Raiden I think this team is pretty fun

I literally tried pulling her just this evening and I got C2 Gorou and C6 Barbara (previously she was C4). And still no Xiangling. Istg I’m like one centimetre away from going berserk…
I got C6 Noelle on Eula's banner. I think many people did, that's why we wonder if we even need Itto anymore. Maybe it would be better to go for the claymore first if you have C6 Noelle.

Noelle is better basically, when it comes to a consumer stand point, cheaper easier to build and be useful, overall more reliable in more contents, and you won’t die ever even playing badly

i have the #1 noelle in the world and my itto is c1 and comfortably in the top 1% (i think he's top 50 or something). i have a r5 redhorn (and a second, unrefined redhorn)
abyss talk, because overworld is so easy that it's impossible to measure anything. noelle can usually match itto's time to the second. There are chambers where noelle is better because of better field time and large AOE, there are and some where itto is much better - generally flying monsters, or chambers where it fits itto's rotations perfectly, specially if it's just the first one. they're usually very close. They both have pretty flexible parties, but noelle's are usually more fun because she can leave the field and keep her ult. Itto has more DPS when he is active, but he has far more downtime. Also he doesn't work that well with turrets like yelan and xinqgiu, which is a shame.
i think noelle could comfortably be a 5 star. she is definitely stronger than many of them. and to be honest, the only other 5 stars that are so consistently good are nahida, zhongli, kazuha and itto (not including whaled ones or ones that are paired with these to work). every other 5 star have ups and downs, but there's something about geo that makes it ALWAYS work even when it's not intended to.
noelle still wins for me, might deal a bit less dmg but shields+heals for days is the perfect support for my ningguang who is better then both of these by a mile in the dmg department from what i can see lol
The fact that you don't need a healer, or shielder for Noelle just means you can bring a high dmg support. I think this means she might be just better overall in their optimal teams.

My team is a c2 itto. C2 Noelle. C6 Shinobu. C6 gorou. I got the red on itto. Whiteblind on noelle. Favonious on gorou. And Shinobu my heals and ya...so far I've yet to die. Everything melts and I feel strong still don't understand what subcdps means but what I do is just. Press e Shinobu. Press e gorou. Press ult itto press e. Heavy attack. Rinse. Repeat. Using gorou and Shinobu ult when available.
5 star chara is designed to dealing more damage.
I can't find a single C0 showcase, looks like everyone got C6 noelle except me who is stuck with c1 since forever
Itto :) Noelle is a very difficult character to play without energy regeneration. Therefore skyward + c6 noelle :)

I met this guy in coop who’s noelle did 60k - 40k per hit, like that was crazy
Itto damage is good and all, but when you compare, the dmg is about the same as Noelle and you can’t beat that defense and heals that she gets, on TOP of all that damage she can do. Lol Noelle doesn’t need a team, because she’s already the whole squad.
Noelle needs a Geo battery though, especially if she doesn't have Favonius Greatsword on her.

I wanted itto but settled for Noelle 🙃
I am currently building a Noelle focused team since she is my favorite character, got the Redhorn R1, Level 90 and getting close to maxing out her talents, I am planning on going with Gorou, Yun Jin and Fischl as the supports, I am still missing the artifacts and a single constellation to C6 though.
I will say also though, this video does Noelle hardly any justice, whilst she is at C6, the artifacts used on her here are blatantly going into Itto's favor, as well as her being 10 levels below whilst not even ASCENDED, so giving that some thought they could easily be on par in the damage department. (Ushi does insane damage for sure, but so does Noelle's shield on a crit, especially since it damages twice)
Itto is basically xiao but using charged attack.
But Xiao does a lot more dmg.
@@Misaki7Lin and xiao currently doesnt have a dedicated support like Gorou, and neither a perfect artifact set. Itto can be be fun though for full geo teams.
@@Misaki7Lin yes, but itto is a lot more tanky, and his burst doesn't drain his HP, and there is a lot of f2p weapon for him. I'm still pulling for xiao tho 😂, i already got his weapon.
As a Xiao main myself (C0 with DM r1), I find my Itto (C0 with SS r1) to have more DPS than my Xiao.
My Xiao with Zhongli shred, Bennett C1 with Aquila buff and Sucrose TTDS (my general abyss team) can deal consistent 50k-55k high plunge
But my Itto with C0 Gorou, Zhongli and Bennett can deal 35k-40k kesa slash and 71k-76k final slash and 100k Ushi
Both Xiao and Itto have similar stats (90+ cr and 170+ cd), but I find itto to finish abyss fights (even against electro doggo) much faster cuz of his kesa slash attack speed.
I'm surprised about Itto's kesa aoe cuz it is really big, not too big but can hit multiple enemies. (Even those who are at his back)
The problem with Xiao's plunges is that he pushes big enemies away, making both big enemies far apart, then I will have to go for either one to deal damage.
But I agree that Xiao needs a dedicated support and artifact set, since electro has sara, geo has gorou, now we need one for anemo. (pls mhy, I want Xiao to be great again)

In my eyes both of them is kinda doing same damage I know there's 10k or less different but Noelle is upgraded with cons but Itto doesn't have cons and he still sustain with Noelle I would say it worth pulling Itto but for me I like how Noelle d everything to the party (btw im not pulling cuz no primo T×T)
Itto doing a lot more dmg than Noelle even in C0 cuz of his atk spd is about dps not a number per screenshot.

@@minimons2003 probably like 10-20% more damage than noelle because he's a 5 star, also, noelle shield also hit hard in C4. Otherwise overall, noelle wins, she has shield and heal, while itto is pure damage.

to think that noelle doesnt even have a more better but a decent artifact is insane. itto is the strongest geo dps but if u want to have a more stable team with less risk of taking a lot of dmg, noelle is the choice. Once my Noelle dps is ready I will show the internet🔥🔥🔥
Dude it pains me to see your planting Albedo's E first before Gorou's E. Use Gorou first so Albedo's E can snapshot the def buff.
Albedo's E (more specifically, the Transient Blossoms that do the actual def-based damage) doesn't snapshot. Otherwise, he'd get no benefit from the Husk artifact set since he gains the stacks of def and geo after placing the E, not before. I had checked this before and the Transient Blossoms would do more damage the more stacks of husk I would gain after it was already placed. It also gets an increase in damage if you get a shield after the E is already placed. So Gorou's defense and geo boost should work the same way.

I understand that noelle can deal a lot of damage too. But sincerely I can see some diferences in how both of these characters were used in this gameplay. firts, you can deal more damage if you use Itto's burst first and then his elemental skill due to the increase of the attack and in this example the person used the elemental skill first the his burst losing a lot of potential damage. Then, just spending time in dodging with one character and then going full attack with the other don't give a good result. Also, Itto is not like he is all bulnerable wile doing charged attack. With any other character applying another element (not geo or anemo) will give constant cristalls which give a shield, and also with a big amount of defense in Itto it makes him almost untouchable. And don't forget that his artifact increase the damage when he is in the team but not figting or when he deals geo damage and his signature weapon increase his normal and charged attack too. PD: sorry if there is bad grammar.
I feel bad for itto players who cant afford cons, basically itto is noelle but slightly better, yes 15% considering dmg windows and ittos speed, but still we talking about noelle is a 4* and itto a 5*

C0 itto with exactly the same build and weapon as Noelle will out dps her.
Not because of the damage per hit but because of his attack speed.
He hits for the same damage as Noelle but much faster. He ends up out DPSing Noelle.
And at C6 itto it's not even close anymore
If you compare C6 Noelle and c0 itto as a stand alone character Noelle is slightly better because of her ability to solo self sustain but because genshin is a team game that doesn't matter. Because you can put zhongli a healer and a shielder in Ittos team and fully compensate for what he lacks compared to Noelle.
@@Ostrid1 not better, i say itto outplays noelle dmg by a small ammount 15% at C0, at C6 yeah he can literally 50k per hit by himself and buffed by gorou almost 80k, but still he is not giving enough for a 5* he should have a lot more dps at C0 R1
