Catherine's story: Energy and the poverty premium

In this film Fair By Design hears from Catherine on why her energy costs more because she is poor. Catherine is not able to pay for her energy via direct debit, so instead pays on receipt of bill (also known as standard credit). At the time of filming, paying by receipt of bill cost an additional £130 per year on average.
