He waited for 24 hours and and after that they couldn’t deliver the money so they canceled the transfer after he waited for soo long and then he got a message saying they return back the money into he’s account but when he checked he’s account the money wasn’t there so pls i want to know how long will it take for the money to appear into he’s account??or can u pls help me with any ideas about this ??

I did all this yesterday but to no avail my bank even sent me message to my phone for confirmation which I did but still It dint go through
After authorized the payment on your postepay app is not complete, you have to come back to the main postepay link which says authorize and continue, you have to come back there and click continue to finish the transaction. Thanks

In this case, you have to contact Taptap send immediately for them to request refund for you, or you can call the person you sent the money to and plead with him/her since the person is in your contacts.

One thing missing in his video. When you click on pay and you are told to go to your bank app to authorize the payment, postepay will send you a push notification and you will find this at the top of your phone when you flip it down. Click on it and it will direct you to the app, then use your ID to open the app and authorise the payment. After that come back to where you receive the authorization message on Taptap and then click on it once or twice then you are done, do not refresh the page. Thank you all

One more thing postepay users should know is that, if you only authorize the payment on the app and you do not come back to click on the other notification which is written in Italian as Autorizzare è continuare your payment will not be accepted by postepay. I have been trying to edit my post to explain that section very well but it says editing a message is not allowed on your page.

@@ranmalrodrigo8455 you can send up to 1000 euros in a single transaction but it depends on your country's financial policy. For example my country's mobile money account does not allow the receiver to receive an amount more than 10,000 Ghana cedis in a single transaction. So each transaction limits should be 10,000 Ghana cedis. But you can send big money to your bank account accounts in your country if you have a bank account Srilanka.
Please the best way, go to post office and ask them to help you.

Let me help you guys because there is still one thing missing in his video. The post ID is a 6 digits number you will choose by yourself when you register on the postepay or Bancoposta app. First you register on the app after downloading, then poste italiane will automatically send you your username and password to use any time you want to log into the app. After log in, you will be asked to create your poste ID which is six digit numbers. So after that, you will always use the your ID to check your balance direct on the app. Don't log out if you don't always want to log in with your username and password. Because the app automatically blocks after a few minute without any activity on the app, and if you want to check your balance you don't have to log in again with your username and password, you will open the app only with your ID. The ID is very important and you must not let anyone knows it.
And about sending a huge amount, Taptap send has a limit of sending amount so if you want to increase your sending amount you need to send them your document for verification

If you want to send huge money, go to your Taptap send app and go to my account section and send them your document like residence permit for verification or you can send them through mail. Thanks

@@Ariso_mh was it the Taptap app which asked for your Carta d'identità or the postepay app please? Because the postepay app will only ask you to provide your identity card for verification if you decide to increase your sending amount limit. And if it's the postepay app, are you trying to register on the app and enable your Bancoposta card on the app? Please explain further so that i can help you. Thank you

@@agnesopoku3781 Agnes, if you have typed in your password several times and it's not working then it maybe you typed it wrongly and it is blocked now. Because if you type in your password several times and it's not correct postepay will block your account thinking that it might not be you but rather someone. In that case, you have to contact poste italiane to unlock your account again for you. But you can explain further to me, what happened that you have tried several times but can't access your account? What message shows up when you type your password? Explain further to me, and if i can not help I'll give you postepay customer service number to call them for assistance. Thanks
