Just because believers don't believe what others believe doesn't mean anything. When it all comes to an end many believers will see the errors of their views, so let's all walk humbly before the Lord.
I'm not convinced of that entirely. The matter is more important than we think. For example , in 1st John 4:1-3 , John gives us the dividing line between what is of the Spirit of God, and what is of the spirit of the anti-christ...namely, what acknowledges that Jesus Christ came in the flesh and what denies that Jesus Christ came in the flesh. Jesus coming in the flesh is important because it's the only way He could atone for our sins, by taking them onto Himself when He died on the cross. But He also took something else on himself...God's WRATH...the WRATH we deserved for our sin. When anyone teaches or believes that the Christian church will go through the WRATH of God which is what the Tribulation is...they are in effect denying that Jesus Christ came in the flesh and took that WRATH upon Himself on the cross...very serious indeed!

The book of Revelation clearly shows how easy it is for people to misinterpret because they read it as though it’s meant for the Church. They don’t read the rest of the Bible that explains that God is dealing with the Jews of Israel in Tribulation and not the Church, and they misinterpret being grafted into Israel which will be after Tribulation. We are the Church, we are not “turned into Israel” and however else they try to explain it. Then they read Revelation and make up what they believe as they go along. I’m going to be raptured if I don’t die a physical death first. Hallelujah, we serve a mighty God.
Post trib, pre trib no trib, why do we allow the devil to divide us on these issues? He is so subtle and we tend to lift him up more than Jesus, which is exactly what he wants. Keep yourselves tethered to Jesus, eyes on Him, walk the narrow path with Him, carry His heart, Be His friend, ask for His will and His ways and be ready in season and out. Simple. It is the creation who complicates things. May Paul’s words ring in our ears, the simplicity of knowing Christ crucified.
I used to think it wasn't a salvation issue until I fully understood the Scriptures on this and the Bible-illiterate defence for a pre trib rapture by many. 1. It is *either* true or it is not but "God is Truth, in Him there is NO lie." 2. Without a love of the Truth, God Himself will send a strong delusion and that is mentioned IN 2Thessalonians 2, right after where it specifically refers to the gathering together of the saints to be caught up AND the warning not to let anyone deceive us. 3. In being utterly convinced that the Church won't be here when the lawless one is revealed and the motb arrives, those Christians will BE deceived by them and likely take the mark, thinking it's not it as they think they won't be here when it is implemented. 4. Pretribbers often try to make the argument, why would God allow us(the Church) to suffer in the tribulation, YET claim the tribulation saints are only Jews - His special chosen people! This makes no sense at all. The "chosen people" must then suffer but not the Church (NOT God's chosen people? 🤔) 5. Tribulalation and WRATH are two totally separate Greek words, aimed at totally different sets of people at totally different times. It is written, "We(the Church/body of Christ) are not appointed unto WRATH" which is God's fiery indignation against the wicked but we are GURANTEED tribulation - past, present and future. Tribulation is from the enemy. So as you can see, this may well be a salvation issue after all! 😓

I really love this man’s ministry. He knows how to deliver. I’ve been having such conflict with my beliefs in if I shall endure the Day of the Lord or shall I miss my opportunity to be saved by Our Lord through Harpanzo. I’m at peace for either options because I trust in God the father and the son. I know my salvation is secure but I am very pleased because there’s some interesting points he made and there’s some structure but I will still live my life for Our Heavenly Father and trust in him. Believing in rapture isn't a condition of salvation - only submitting to and accepting servitude to Christ aka being repentant and becoming a new person being rebon in the spirit of the Lord instead of self, and accepting that no sin is so bad He won't wash you clean except blasphemy against the holy spirit and dying in sin that you cannot ask forgiveness for because you died while doing it.

Satan has his own version of “rapture” and the reason why you see on social media, a lot of these so called christian preachers or teachers are encouraging “rapture”and this is why a Christian shouldn’t encourage or waiting or wishing to be raptured because when satans so called “rapture” occurs it will deceived lost or lukewarm Christian’s that only looking forward to be raptured and they’re going to straight to hell but only those who are chosen or God’s elects are going to be raptured and if one is not part of the elects one is not going to be part of God’s rapture but God still is merciful and He’s going to rapture those purebloodchristians that held their faith will be in the end and remember what Jesus Christ said, that He will come like a thief in the night and for that we must be always READY..
I have studied the positions. More importantly, i believe what _God_ says. The fact that you recommend lectures from men is more of a reason to not believe the rapture doctrine. A Christian is supposed to believe what God says, not what deceived men think.

He couldn't teach this if there were not a pretrib rapture, so you struck out. At the second coming and afterwards, we will be reigning with him on Earth for the 1000 year reign. So invalidating scripture to suit your doctrine is not the best plan.

There were times in the early years when they were faithful but in the end they failed. God told them exactly what would happen. He told them they would be dispersed for a long time and then be brought back home. He told them that at the end of times there would be a time called the time of Jacobs trouble. He describes it over and over again in the old testament. It is about the Jewish people, not the church. God gave the church two thousand years to witness to the world. In no way has the whole world heard the good news and there’s no way that the Christian church which is many denominations is a witness to the world of who Jesus is. Works don’t do it. The cross did it all. Lastly Jesus himself told us to pray that we were worthy to escape the tribulation. Polycarp was the disciple of John the apostle. Irenaeus was the disciple of Polycarp. Irenaeus taught the pre-TRIB rapture so did Tertulian, so did the shepherd of Hermes. So did Cyprian. So did Ephraim the Syrian. The latest of these church fathers was about AD 373. The people who say that the early church did not teach the pre-TRIB rapture are apparently uneducated about what was taught at that time. The pre-TRIB rapture was about universally accepted. Isaiah also taught a pre-TRIB rapture. Look at chapter 26. But I am sure that when we finally get to see our beloved face-to-face he’s not going to give us a theology quiz. He loves us just as we love him. He’ll welcome us home. He’s going to welcome Catholics who have rosary beads if they were born again. He’s going to welcome Methodists whose actively practicing lesbian archbishop has broken the church in half. He’s going to welcome evangelicals who have some pastors right now that are introducing New Age doctrine into Christianity. and he is going to welcome some who sit under those pastors who are preaching that we’re a little gods. And of course there are the Christian churches who preach that women are somehow second-class citizens because God punished half of Adams children if they happen to look like Eve which is not scriptural. It does not agree with Jeremiah or Ezekiel. As far as I can tell all of the denominations have problems one way or another and all of them are populated by some saints. I believe those saints who love Christ and wait for his appearing will be raptured before the tribulation. I believe that because Jesus and Isaiah taught it. I believe that because John the apostle believed it. Polycarp and Iraneus preached it. But if I’m wrong, I’ll have my own personal rapture and I’ll still get to be with the Beloved. So will you, regardless of what you believe about the interpretation of Scripture. You stand for Christ and one day you will stand with him, face to face. Praise God for his goodness. We won’t have to deal with Satan then and we’ll have have the same understanding of Scripture, Jesus’s. Can’t wait.
I would disagree, since Revelation says there will be rescues or raptures throughout the Tribulation, and all real Christians are said to long for His appearing… if you don’t long for it, then it would seem you really might be trusting in your own works or suffering to save you.
I used to think it wasn't a salvation issue until I fully understood the Scriptures on this and the Bible-illiterate defence for a pre trib rapture by many. 1. It is *either* true or it is not but "God is Truth, in Him there is NO lie." 2. Without a love of the Truth, God Himself will send a strong delusion and that is mentioned IN 2Thessalonians 2, right after where it specifically refers to the gathering together of the saints to be caught up AND the warning not to let anyone deceive us. 3. In being utterly convinced that the Church won't be here when the lawless one is revealed and the motb arrives, those Christians will BE deceived by them and likely take the mark, thinking it's not it as they think they won't be here when it is implemented. 4. Pretribbers often try to make the argument, why would God allow us(the Church) to suffer in the tribulation, YET claim the tribulation saints are only Jews - His special chosen people! This makes no sense at all. The "chosen people" must then suffer but not the Church (NOT God's chosen people? 🤔) 5. Tribulalation and WRATH are two totally separate Greek words, aimed at totally different sets of people at totally different times. It is written, "We(the Church/body of Christ) are not appointed unto WRATH" which is God's fiery indignation against the wicked but we are GURANTEED tribulation - past, present and future. Tribulation is from the enemy. So as you can see, this may well be a salvation issue after all! 😓
The real question should be what happens to Christians who are expecting the rapture and it never happens? Who will be explaining to them why it's not happening as they find themselves in the Great Tribulation. What is their hope??? Oh what a tangled web we weave when we first practice to deceive.

The saints who are asleep, will God bring with Jesus when he comes (1Thessalonians 4: 14). Those spiritually dead will be raised first, just as Jesus said while relating the parable of the tares (Matthew 13: 30); then we which remain will be caught up with them in the clouds.
Think hard about this verse concerning the rapture and second coming , and the difference between the two in context with what's being said by our Lord Jesus - " Nevertheless , when the Son of Man returns , will he find faith on the earth ? " He seems to be implying to me , that those with faith , will be removed from the earth , at that moment , in the twinkling of an eye . I could be reading more into this than should be there , but I can't help but wonder what it means , as even one person of faith would nullify His statement / question . To me , it would be the starting point of the Great Tribulation , where many will come to faith in Him , after the Rapture . I've never seen this mentioned or addressed by anyone that I can recall . I believe it depends on whether they are born again Christians, or those playing the part. And by that I mean the ones who are militant against the pretrib rapture and who are the ones saying despicable and hateful things against it, and against those who believe in it. It’s fine to disagree, but when non-pretribbers get militant and say things like “the rapture is a lie from Satan” or “it’s from the pits of hell” or that we “don’t have the Holy Spirit in us”, well, I can’t help but question their salvation. I believe in the pretrib rapture, but I have never and would never tell a non/pretrib individual that their beliefs was some of the thing they’ve said to us!! We are all human, and any one of us could be wrong. And I shudder to think of having to face Christ and answer for saying something like that, if I was wrong about what I believe about the rapture timing.
"Mansion" just means dwelling. The original bible versions said "There are many ROOMS in my father's house .. which makes more sense. Rooms in a house vs. mansions in one house. Don't be disappointed if you don't get a "mansion"/huge home just for yourself. I'm sure whatever God provides will be nice though.
The word that is translated as "mansions" should actually read offices. Christ was making a direct reference to the millennial temple that is described in Ezekiel. There is a reason why Revelation states multiple times that Christians will be made priests. Anyone who is the least bit familiar with the Mosaic tabernacle and Solomon's temple ought to know that God's priests serve in a temple.

I would imagine that an interesting paper. As a person who’s just a true believer I find it difficult to read the hatred from those who prefer to believe they’re going through Tribulation. Jesus promises to come back and get His children, but He does not say prior to tribulation........we must stay the course...no matter what that looks like. Why do people think we will not be persecuted? Jesus speaks about how people hated Him first, we will be hated and persecuted....the rapture is a fantasy for people's ability to cope with their eminent death here on earth. “Harpazo” The entire theory is hinged upon that single Greek word and other verses are cherry picked to confirm that one word and the theory behind it. It’s not enough for me. It doesn’t speak to the character of the Father nor the Son. All of the cherry picked verses can be concluded to assume it is referencing the Day of the Lord. In addition, keep in mind that John follows McArthur and has made the claim that during the time of Tribulation those who have taken the mark can be forgiven even though there is an angel flying around at that time warning everyone that the mark of the beast is final. NO PASTOR, NO ONE HAS ALL THE ANSWERS. The humility is needed to admit that “I DO NOT KNOW.” Not because one is spiritual unfit to not know, but because the truth is YET TO BE REVEALED.
I've got a debate going on at my(our) little church on this subject. Pre, pan, or post trib ? As a Pentacostal, of course I WANT this rapture to occur for us before the 7 years, who wouldn't ? But I want to know the truth, even if it spells some doom for me. So, here's my problem with feeling secure in a pre trib rapture- It is written that the antichrist/beast will "make war with the saints, and prevail against [some of us, or in some way]. Now we know the Jews are not the "saints", and we know that for us to be prevailed against, we'd have to still be here.. Can you assist me in being convinced one way or the other ?
The bible is pretty clear. If you take the mark you can not be saved. They know what they are taking. They are saying they will worship the AC. They can not be tricked they know what they are taking.

You are correct in that a whole industry of rapture profiteers are currently cashing in on this false teaching. Example: Revelation chap.4 speaks of John in a vision going up into heaven, soooo the futurists tell us this is the rapture of the church? How is that possible? In the the vision of John did he actually physically go anywhere? No he did not!!!!! And millions of rapture expectant believers go up when this vision takes place? That's nowhere in the text. Also this vision of John occurred in the 1st century soooo 2000 plus years later we can experience a rapture? Hardly!!!! None of this stuff makes any sense. And yet people blindly follow this dirranged idea. The real problem now is these things, ( the rapture) will never happen. So what are we supposed to believe in the meantime. I does not help when we allow others to control the narrative. RAPTURE IS INDEED IN THE BIBLE. IT IS A STRONG TEACHING BY APOSTLE PAUL. Saying Rapture is not in the bible, only harpazo, is like saying that there that the word "book" is not in the Spanish Dictionary, only "libro".
They are the ones prepared. A better question is what happens to the ones who are believing the lie? They aren’t prepared and they will be be the first in line for the mark. Which is why Jesus himself warned you.

You can show them. Proof of A Pre trib Rapture. Pay Attention to the cloud and Cloud's Jesus appears in and With. Acts chapter 1 verses 9 10 11 Cloud. In Red Luke chapter 21 verses 27 and 28 Jesus is coming in A Cloud the Rapture. Christ giving prophecies about His return makes it a salvation issue. Daniel was told by the angel Gabriel that the wicked will not understand God's prophecies. If someone doesn't understand prophecies that come from the God they claim to worship, that means they are not saved. A person would have to be pretty crazy to confidently claim that calling God a liar isn't a salvation issue.
Why does Jesus state four times in Chapter 6 in the Gospel of John that he will not lose any souls that God has given him, but will raise them up on the last day?
QUESTION: I like the idea of being raptured at our moment of death, but why would the Bible say in 1 Thes that those who are dead in Christ shall be raised up (group rapture) before those who are still alive?
Because they continue to rise) 2nd Corinthians 5:8...to be absent from this body is to be present with the Lord (As soon as one dies they go be go be with the Lord, that's the dead that shall rise first, that's who Christ is bringing with Him. When will physical death completely end? after the tribulation when Christ returns and all will be changed into a spiritual body. The dead are not laying out in some hole in the ground waiting for Christ to return..
You made a comment about "enduring the horrors of the antichrist" during the tribulation, as though that were the only thing that would be going on during the tribulation. I am mystified by that statement. I find that most of the Bible premillennial teachers who teach on eschatological issues and specifically the tribulation, almost always talk only about the antichrist and either ignore or gloss over all the other horrific things that will happen during the tribulation period. Frankly, it seems from reading Revelation that by the time the mark of the beast is instituted and that slaughtering of believers begins at the midpoint, a very substantial percentage, perhaps as much as half, of the people of the world will already be dead. Why did you, and so many teachers, gloss over all the other terrible things that will happen? This is why so many people do not understand that the tribulation period is the wrath of God upon the whole world. They think it's just the antichrist persecuting believers and beheading them.
The Tribulation is NOT "The Wrath of God." While it will be horrific, those Christians who endure that 7 year period (by refusing to renounce Christ & refusing to take the Mark), will be taken to Heaven when Jesus returns for His people. After we leave with Him, THEN God will "pour out His Wrath" upon the earth & destroy it utterly. He will then completely re-create the Earth and it will be as Eden once was --- filled with pure beauty and God's presence.

You say that only because you know that Christians are promised that they will not be subject to God's wrath. But the tribulation period is clearly and biblically when God pours out His wrath upon the rebellious people of earth. There is no biblical justification for your statement. You simply believe it because that is what you want to believe. That is a very dangerous way to interpret scripture.

1 Thes 4:16 disputes two of the gentleman’s points: (1) At a specific time the Lord himself descends with shout and trumpet and the dead in Christ rise first. So these are not in Heaven or elsewhere; they are rising first, just ahead of those who remain, who are then caught up. (2) The Lord descending is a “coming”. A second coming. There is no third coming in the Bible. So in summary, the events of 1 Thes 4/5 are simultaneous with those of 2 Thes 1. ----- 1 Thes does say that this day of the Lord (one day) will not happen until the falling away occurs and the man of sin (Antichrist) is revealed.

What happens to people who add or take away from Prophesy? Revelations 22: 18-19. Rapture is still not a Biblical word. Lifting up at the end of the Tribulation is Biblical.

I use to believe in the rapture but have been thinking since God doesn't operate in time he has enough time to deal with us individually,and when we die we all go at once,it's a scary thought but what he's allowing now makes me think we are in the tribulations now
The bible teaches that the antichrist, when he signs a 7-year contract with Israel, is the start of the tribulation. At this time the antichrist has not been revealed so there has not been a 7-year contract signed with Israel, thus, we are not in the tribulation, though it feels like it. What we are seeing today is the rejection of God, just as it was in the days of Noah - people caring only for self, rejection of truth and blatant disregard of any morals. God bless you, my friend.
The error is in mixing prophetic statements taken out of context. 1. The Bible never says God is outside of time. All statements that seem to say this are misunderstandings by the believer. 2. Many tribulation statements are either for the Jews; 'all who endure to the end will be saved' is about the Jews being spared from the antiChrist. Further, 'Saints' could refer to the Jews or Christians, it doesn't necessarily only mean Christians. 3. Andy Woods Rapture Series is the most exhaustive arguments for all the erroneous interpretations surrounding the rapture/tribulation and really all prophecy. Please watch at least one and you'll see that he completely distroys all those who run around touting their pet theories.

If the Apostles believed what you write here, they must hqve been sadly disappointed because it didn't happen to them. They were persecuted and had to endure until they died.
I just had another pro-rapture thought the other day. Jesus took away all our sins and iniquities, when he died on the cross. The Tribulation will be 7 years of God's wrath on the earth for all sinners, non believers, etc.. If believer's sins have been wiped away from Jesus's sacrifice, why would God then punish them with his wrath during the Tribulation? It would make more sense (from a finite perspective) to rapture the believers and THEN have the Tribulation and His wrath on unbelievers, because their sins haven't been wiped away by grace. They refused to accept and believe. Just a thought...

So pre rapture is a lie, and we are responsible for the blood of this people if we don't preach Truth, we must have the Love of the Truth. Proof #1: Revelation 19:11-21 doesn’t mention a resurrection. The rapture is a resurrection of those “in Christ” (1 Thess. 4:13-18). Isn’t it a little bit odd that in Rev. 19:11-21, which is the clearest picture of the second coming of Christ, there is no mention of a resurrection? The rapture will be the biggest event since the resurrection of Jesus where hundreds of millions of Christians will be resurrected and translated, yet there isn’t any mention here. Don’t you think it deserves at least one verse? The rapture isn’t mentioned because it doesn’t happen at the second coming. Proof #2: Zechariah 14:1-15 doesn’t mention a resurrection. This is an Old Testament picture of Jesus returning to earth at the second coming. Again, no mention of a resurrection. Proof #3: Two different pictures are painted. In the Old Testament, there were two different pictures painted of the Messiah-one suffering (Isa. 53:2-10, Ps. 22:6-8, 11-18) and one reigning as King (Ps. 2:6-12, Zech. 14:9,16). As we look back on these scriptures, we see they predicted two separate comings of the Messiah-the 1st coming as a suffering Messiah and the 2nd coming (still future) as a reigning King. In the New Testament, we have another picture added. Again, we have two pictures painted which don’t look the same. These two different descriptions of Jesus’ coming point to two separate events we call “the rapture” and “the second coming.” Proof #4: The Known Day and the Unknown Day Concerning the return of Jesus, the Bible presents a day we can’t know and a day we can know. Matthew 25:13 says Jesus will return at an unknown time, while Revelation 12:6 says the Jews will have to wait 1,260 days for the Lord to return. The 1,260 days begins when the Antichrist stands in the Temple and declares himself to be God (Matt. 24:15-21, 2 Thess. 2:4) This event will take place at the mid-point of the seven year Tribulation (Dan 9:27). The Antichrist has authority to rule for 42 months, which is 1,260 days (Rev. 13:4) and will be destroyed by Jesus at His second coming (Rev. 19:20, 2 Thess. 2:8). The known and unknown days must happen at different times, meaning they are two separate events. Proof #5: A door open in heaven (Revelation 4:1) The door in heaven is opened to let John into heaven. We believe John’s call into heaven is prophetic of the church being caught up at the rapture (see proof #6). In Revelation 19:11, heaven is opened again, this time to let the armies which are already in heaven out. This is the Church, which has been raptured at a previous time, following Jesus out of heaven at the second coming. Proof #6: “Come up here.” (Revelation 4:1) A voice called for the apostle John to “Come up here,” and immediately he was in heaven. This could be a prophetic reference to the rapture of the Church. The words “Come up here” are spoken to the two witnesses who are killed in the middle of the Tribulation, who are resurrected and ascend into heaven (Rev. 11:12). Therefore, the phrase “Come up here” could mean the church is raptured in Rev. 4:1. The word “church” is mentioned 22 times in Rev. 1-3, but is not mentioned again until Rev. 22:17. Proof #7: The 24 elders have their crowns. After John is called up into heaven, he sees the 24 elders with their crowns (Rev. 4:4-10). We know that Christians will receive their rewards (crowns) at the rapture (2 Tim. 4:8, 1 Pet. 5:4). We will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous (Luke 14:14). The elders couldn’t receive their crowns unless the resurrection (rapture) has taken place. Proof #8 Holy ones are already with Jesus in heaven (Zech. 14:5, Rev. 19:14) The armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, follow Jesus out of heaven at His second coming (Rev. 19:14, Zech. 14:5, Col. 3:4). These are not angels because Rev. 19:8 tells us the fine linen is the righteousness of the saints. In order to come out of heaven we first have to go in, indicating a previous rapture. Proof #9: Kept from the hour of testing (Rev. 3:10) Revelation 3:10 says we will be kept out of the hour of testing which will come upon the whole earth (the Tribulation). Some have wrongly believed “keep” means to keep through, or protect through the Tribulation. Suppose you approach a high voltage area with a sign that says, “Keep Out.” Does that mean you can enter and be protected? No, it means you are forbidden from entering the area. But this verse also says He will keep us from the hour of testing. It is not just the testing, but the time period. If a student is excused from a test, he still may have to sit in the class while others take the test. But if he is excused from the hour of testing, he can go home. The Church will be called home before the hour of testing. Proof #10: Angels don’t resurrect people when they gather them for judgment. When the angels are sent forth to gather the elect at the second coming (Matt. 24:29-31), some have wrongly interpreted this as the rapture. There is one huge problem with this interpretation. If we are resurrected at this time, why would we need angels to gather us? In the resurrection, we will be like the angels (Matt. 22:30), able to travel in the air at will. Obviously, these people who are gathered are not resurrected, therefore it can’t be the rapture. No one would claim the wicked are raptured at this time, yet Matthew 13:39-41, 49 says the angels will not only gather the elect, but also the wicked. This gathering is not a resurrection. Proof #11: Both the wicked and the righteous can’t be taken first. First Thessalonians 4:13-17 says the righteous are taken and the wicked are left behind. Matthew 13:30, 49 says the wicked are taken first and righteous are left behind. This points to two separate events, the rapture and the second coming. Proof #12: Jesus returns from the wedding. When Jesus returns to earth at the second coming, He will return from a wedding (Luke 12:36). At the rapture, Jesus is married to His bride, the Church. After the wedding, He will return to earth. Proof #13: Jesus will receive us to Himself, not us to receive Him (John 14:2-3). Jesus said He would prepare a place for the Church in heaven, then He would come again to receive us to Himself. Why would Jesus prepare a place for us in heaven and then not take us there? At the rapture, He will come to receive us to Himself, “that where I am (heaven), there you may be also.” If the rapture occurred at the same time as the second coming, we would go up to the clouds and then immediately come back to earth. That would contradict John 14:2-3. Proof #14: The one who restrains is taken out of the way. In 2 Thess. 2:6-7, Paul says “the one who restrains will be taken out of the way” before the Antichrist can be revealed. We believe this refers to the rapture because the Church is clearly the biggest obstacle to the Antichrist becoming a world ruler. Proof #15: The separation of the sheep and goats (Matt. 25:31-46) If the rapture occurred at the second coming, why would the sheep and the goats need to be separated immediately after the second coming? A rapture at the second coming would have already separated the sheep and the goats. With a Pre-Tribulation rapture, the people saved after the rapture will need to be separated after the second coming. Proof #16: Who will populate the Millennium? If the rapture occurs at the second coming and the wicked are cast into hell at that time, who will be left to populate the millennium? Only people in their natural (non-resurrected) bodies will be able to have children (Matt. 22:30). With a Pre-Tribulation rapture, the people saved after the rapture who are alive at the second coming will populate the earth during the Millennium.

God wants prayers warrior's, soldier's for the kingdom In this last day's, He wants disciples for the kingdom, those who are not afraid to carry their cross and die to self, those who are baptized with the baptism of Christ Jesus who are willing to suffer and die for the kingdom, those who are waiting for the Latter Rain of the Holy Ghost, Christ Jesus coming in His people before He comes for His people. That's His coming when He going to be manifested in His saints we are His Saints if you are one of them. And saints means satisfied one's.

While I don’t think that not believing in the rapture disqualifies one from getting raptured. I believe the church needs to have a conversation about those who TEACH that there is no pre trib rapture or no rapture at all. Reason I say this is because when you look at the fruits that the teaching of post trib rapture/no rapture is where I see the most secular churches. Reason being is that when you teach people that there is no urgency or pressure to get right with Jesus and to believe in him now before it’s too late, and tell them that they have time to get right with him because they will be able to see him coming from a mile away. That is when you plant a seed of disobedience to Christ. Because why would any sinner live right when they know for a fact that they have a 3.5 year window to do so. The moment the abomination of desolation happens , any educated Christian will say “ok Christ is coming in 3.5 years so I better get it together. But when I look at churches that believe that Christ can come back today at this very moment, I notice that these Christian’s are by far some of the most God fearing and Christ yearning people I have ever met. Pre trib believers put Christ at the center of everything they do in life, because they believe his return is any day now. Could you imagine that a post trib teacher on CZcams could be the reason why thousands of believers are living in sin because they thought they had time to get their life in order. I don’t even want to think about what the consequences would be. Perhaps that consequence could be….the 7 year tribulation.
It’s impossible for too many to believe what Jesus tells us. Thankfully I’m not one; when He says He will keep me from the hour that is to come, I know I can surely believe my Savior. A Father's love for His children , instructing them through His Son to watch and pray that you may escape what's coming upon the whole world because of their iniquity and rejection of Him . As evil increases , the time for judgement comes nearer . God is a God of rescue before judgement , as evidenced many times in His Word . That's why our generation is compared to Noah's . Evil had increased in the whole world , and had to be dealt with . Noah and his family were rescued , as was Daniel , Shadrach , Meshach , and Abednego , the Israelites from Egypt , Lot from Sodom and Gomorrah , Moses , Paul and Silas , and the list goes on and on . What would be the reason and purpose of being told to watch and pray to escape these things , and being told that we would be kept from the hour of trial that's coming upon the whole world , if we have to go through it anyway ? Doesn't make sense to me . Who's being punished once the Seals are opened up by the Lion from the Tribe of Judah , also seen as the Lamb that was slain ? An interesting related topic is the supernatural changing of the KJV verse Isaiah 11 : 6 . Whereas it used to read , The Lion shall lay down with the lamb , it now reads The wolf ALSO shall DWELL with the lamb . The word ALSO infers in addition to , and DWELLS means a long side of , but separate , not as ONE . These are wolves in sheep's clothing that are trying to destroy our Blessed Hope , but their efforts are in vain , as He said that His Sheep hear His voice . The Holy Spirit confirms the Truth every time . What you believe concerning the Rapture depends on whose voice you are listening to .

Jesus tells us the rapture happens immediately after the tribulation. He also says the great tribulation is 3 and a 1/2 years,not seven Years.

Just because believers don't believe what others believe doesn't mean anything. When it all comes to an end many believers will see the errors of their views, so let's all walk humbly before the Lord.
I'm not convinced of that entirely. The matter is more important than we think. For example , in 1st John 4:1-3 , John gives us the dividing line between what is of the Spirit of God, and what is of the spirit of the anti-christ...namely, what acknowledges that Jesus Christ came in the flesh and what denies that Jesus Christ came in the flesh. Jesus coming in the flesh is important because it's the only way He could atone for our sins, by taking them onto Himself when He died on the cross. But He also took something else on himself...God's WRATH...the WRATH we deserved for our sin. When anyone teaches or believes that the Christian church will go through the WRATH of God which is what the Tribulation is...they are in effect denying that Jesus Christ came in the flesh and took that WRATH upon Himself on the cross...very serious indeed!
@@markanthony3275 Tribulation and Wrath are different things. Satan has had us in Tribulation since the fall of Eden. When Jesus starts the Bowl judgments, that is the wrath of God to the wicked with hard hearts. None of His children experience the Wrath of God.

It couldn't be the rapture because we already know that 1Thessolonians 4:16,17 says the dead in Christ will rise first. Are you saying that the resurrection happens before the tribulation? We'll, that can't be so according to what we just read in Revelation 20:4,5

Come on Christians. We need to do better than this. The pre-trib rapture teaching originated in Scotland 180 years ago when a fifteen-year-old Scottish girl named Margaret McDonald had a vision of Jesus coming to secretly rapture, not the church, but only the most faithful saints. Jesus tells us that He will keep us from that hour. He indeed took on our sins upon the cross, and God’s wrath is clearly for the wicked of the earth. The book of Revelation clearly shows how easy it is for people to misinterpret because they read it as though it’s meant for the Church. They don’t read the rest of the Bible that explains that God is dealing with the Jews of Israel in Tribulation and not the Church, and they misinterpret being grafted into Israel which will be after Tribulation. We are the Church, we are not “turned into Israel” and however else they try to explain it. Then they read Revelation and make up what they believe as they go along. I’m going to be raptured if I don’t die a physical death first. Hallelujah, we serve a mighty God.

Post trib, pre trib no trib, why do we allow the devil to divide us on these issues? He is so subtle and we tend to lift him up more than Jesus, which is exactly what he wants. Keep yourselves tethered to Jesus, eyes on Him, walk the narrow path with Him, carry His heart, Be His friend, ask for His will and His ways and be ready in season and out. Simple. It is the creation who complicates things. May Paul’s words ring in our ears, the simplicity of knowing Christ crucified.

I used to think it wasn't a salvation issue until I fully understood the Scriptures on this and the Bible-illiterate defence for a pre trib rapture by many.
1. It is *either* true or it is not but "God is Truth, in Him there is NO lie."
2. Without a love of the Truth, God Himself will send a strong delusion and that is mentioned IN 2Thessalonians 2, right after where it specifically refers to the gathering together of the saints to be caught up AND the warning not to let anyone deceive us.
3. In being utterly convinced that the Church won't be here when the lawless one is revealed and the motb arrives, those Christians will BE deceived by them and likely take the mark, thinking it's not it as they think they won't be here when it is implemented.
4. Pretribbers often try to make the argument, why would God allow us(the Church) to suffer in the tribulation, YET claim the tribulation saints are only Jews - His special chosen people! This makes no sense at all.
The "chosen people" must then suffer but not the Church (NOT God's chosen people? 🤔)
5. Tribulalation and WRATH are two totally separate Greek words, aimed at totally different sets of people at totally different times.
It is written, "We(the Church/body of Christ) are not appointed unto WRATH" which is God's fiery indignation against the wicked but we are GURANTEED tribulation - past, present and future.
Tribulation is from the enemy.
So as you can see, this may well be a salvation issue after all! 😓

Christ told us when He is going to gather His saints, God will not "surprise" anybody by contradicting Himself. He gave us His word, and any true Christian should know that it's going to happen when Christ said it's going to happen.

I really love this man’s ministry. He knows how to deliver. I’ve been having such conflict with my beliefs in if I shall endure the Day of the Lord or shall I miss my opportunity to be saved by Our Lord through Harpanzo. I’m at peace for either options because I trust in God the father and the son. What does an understanding of the New Covenant do to the Pretrib Rapture doctrine?
Since the New Covenant is “everlasting” in Hebrews 13:20, how is the New Covenant Church age going to end seven years before the Second Coming of Christ? Why would anyone think God is going back to the Old Covenant system now made “obsolete” by the New Covenant in Hebrews 8:13? We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24.
Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, modern Dispensational Theology falls apart, and the pretrib removal of the Church falls with it.
The Capitol "C" Church, as we use the word today, is not found in the entire Book of Revelation. Individual church bodies in ancient Asia Minor are found. In Revelation 12:11 we find those under the blood of the Lamb. A person cannot be under the blood of the Lamb and not be a part of the New Covenant Church of Jesus Christ. Verse 12 of this passage proves at least part of the tribulation period is the wrath of Satan upon the people of God.

Proof #1: Revelation 19:11-21 doesn’t mention a resurrection.
The rapture is a resurrection of those “in Christ” (1 Thess. 4:13-18). Isn’t it a little bit odd that in Rev. 19:11-21, which is the clearest picture of the second coming of Christ, there is no mention of a resurrection? The rapture will be the biggest event since the resurrection of Jesus where hundreds of millions of Christians will be resurrected and translated, yet there isn’t any mention here. Don’t you think it deserves at least one verse? The rapture isn’t mentioned because it doesn’t happen at the second coming.
Proof #2: Zechariah 14:1-15 doesn’t mention a resurrection.
This is an Old Testament picture of Jesus returning to earth at the second coming. Again, no mention of a resurrection.
Proof #3: Two different pictures are painted.
In the Old Testament, there were two different pictures painted of the Messiah-one suffering (Isa. 53:2-10, Ps. 22:6-8, 11-18) and one reigning as King (Ps. 2:6-12, Zech. 14:9,16). As we look back on these scriptures, we see they predicted two separate comings of the Messiah-the 1st coming as a suffering Messiah and the 2nd coming (still future) as a reigning King.
In the New Testament, we have another picture added. Again, we have two pictures painted which don’t look the same. These two different descriptions of Jesus’ coming point to two separate events we call “the rapture” and “the second coming.”
Proof #4: The Known Day and the Unknown Day
Concerning the return of Jesus, the Bible presents a day we can’t know and a day we can know. Matthew 25:13 says Jesus will return at an unknown time, while Revelation 12:6 says the Jews will have to wait 1,260 days for the Lord to return. The 1,260 days begins when the Antichrist stands in the Temple and declares himself to be God (Matt. 24:15-21, 2 Thess. 2:4) This event will take place at the mid-point of the seven year Tribulation (Dan 9:27). The Antichrist has authority to rule for 42 months, which is 1,260 days (Rev. 13:4) and will be destroyed by Jesus at His second coming (Rev. 19:20, 2 Thess. 2:8). The known and unknown days must happen at different times, meaning they are two separate events.
Proof #5: A door open in heaven (Revelation 4:1)
The door in heaven is opened to let John into heaven. We believe John’s call into heaven is prophetic of the church being caught up at the rapture (see proof #6). In Revelation 19:11, heaven is opened again, this time to let the armies which are already in heaven out. This is the Church, which has been raptured at a previous time, following Jesus out of heaven at the second coming.
Proof #6: “Come up here.” (Revelation 4:1)
A voice called for the apostle John to “Come up here,” and immediately he was in heaven. This could be a prophetic reference to the rapture of the Church. The words “Come up here” are spoken to the two witnesses who are killed in the middle of the Tribulation, who are resurrected and ascend into heaven (Rev. 11:12). Therefore, the phrase “Come up here” could mean the church is raptured in Rev. 4:1. The word “church” is mentioned 22 times in Rev. 1-3, but is not mentioned again until Rev. 22:17.
Proof #7: The 24 elders have their crowns.
After John is called up into heaven, he sees the 24 elders with their crowns (Rev. 4:4-10). We know that Christians will receive their rewards (crowns) at the rapture (2 Tim. 4:8, 1 Pet. 5:4). We will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous (Luke 14:14). The elders couldn’t receive their crowns unless the resurrection (rapture) has taken place.
Proof #8 Holy ones are already with Jesus in heaven (Zech. 14:5, Rev. 19:14)
The armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, follow Jesus out of heaven at His second coming (Rev. 19:14, Zech. 14:5, Col. 3:4). These are not angels because Rev. 19:8 tells us the fine linen is the righteousness of the saints. In order to come out of heaven we first have to go in, indicating a previous rapture.
Proof #9: Kept from the hour of testing (Rev. 3:10)
Revelation 3:10 says we will be kept out of the hour of testing which will come upon the whole earth (the Tribulation). Some have wrongly believed “keep” means to keep through, or protect through the Tribulation. Suppose you approach a high voltage area with a sign that says, “Keep Out.” Does that mean you can enter and be protected? No, it means you are forbidden from entering the area. But this verse also says He will keep us from the hour of testing. It is not just the testing, but the time period. If a student is excused from a test, he still may have to sit in the class while others take the test. But if he is excused from the hour of testing, he can go home. The Church will be called home before the hour of testing.
Proof #10: Angels don’t resurrect people when they gather them for judgment.
When the angels are sent forth to gather the elect at the second coming (Matt. 24:29-31), some have wrongly interpreted this as the rapture. There is one huge problem with this interpretation. If we are resurrected at this time, why would we need angels to gather us? In the resurrection, we will be like the angels (Matt. 22:30), able to travel in the air at will. Obviously, these people who are gathered are not resurrected, therefore it can’t be the rapture. No one would claim the wicked are raptured at this time, yet Matthew 13:39-41, 49 says the angels will not only gather the elect, but also the wicked. This gathering is not a resurrection.
Proof #11: Both the wicked and the righteous can’t be taken first.
First Thessalonians 4:13-17 says the righteous are taken and the wicked are left behind. Matthew 13:30, 49 says the wicked are taken first and righteous are left behind. This points to two separate events, the rapture and the second coming.
Proof #12: Jesus returns from the wedding.
When Jesus returns to earth at the second coming, He will return from a wedding (Luke 12:36). At the rapture, Jesus is married to His bride, the Church. After the wedding, He will return to earth.
Proof #13: Jesus will receive us to Himself, not us to receive Him (John 14:2-3).
Jesus said He would prepare a place for the Church in heaven, then He would come again to receive us to Himself. Why would Jesus prepare a place for us in heaven and then not take us there? At the rapture, He will come to receive us to Himself, “that where I am (heaven), there you may be also.” If the rapture occurred at the same time as the second coming, we would go up to the clouds and then immediately come back to earth. That would contradict John 14:2-3.

John, I would love a discussion of Revelation 2 & 3. The churches (Christians) are described and Jesus finds some lacking and says they may loose their lamp stand (salvation?). What does an understanding of the New Covenant do to the Pretrib Rapture doctrine?
Since the New Covenant is “everlasting” in Hebrews 13:20, how is the New Covenant Church age going to end seven years before the Second Coming of Christ? Why would anyone think God is going back to the Old Covenant system now made “obsolete” by the New Covenant in Hebrews 8:13? We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24.
Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, modern Dispensational Theology falls apart, and the pretrib removal of the Church falls with it.
The Capitol "C" Church, as we use the word today, is not found in the entire Book of Revelation. Individual church bodies in ancient Asia Minor are found. In Revelation 12:11 we find those under the blood of the Lamb. A person cannot be under the blood of the Lamb and not be a part of the New Covenant Church of Jesus Christ. Verse 12 of this passage proves at least part of the tribulation period is the wrath of Satan upon the people of God.

Proof #1: Revelation 19:11-21 doesn’t mention a resurrection.
The rapture is a resurrection of those “in Christ” (1 Thess. 4:13-18). Isn’t it a little bit odd that in Rev. 19:11-21, which is the clearest picture of the second coming of Christ, there is no mention of a resurrection? The rapture will be the biggest event since the resurrection of Jesus where hundreds of millions of Christians will be resurrected and translated, yet there isn’t any mention here. Don’t you think it deserves at least one verse? The rapture isn’t mentioned because it doesn’t happen at the second coming.
Proof #2: Zechariah 14:1-15 doesn’t mention a resurrection.
This is an Old Testament picture of Jesus returning to earth at the second coming. Again, no mention of a resurrection.
Proof #3: Two different pictures are painted.
In the Old Testament, there were two different pictures painted of the Messiah-one suffering (Isa. 53:2-10, Ps. 22:6-8, 11-18) and one reigning as King (Ps. 2:6-12, Zech. 14:9,16). As we look back on these scriptures, we see they predicted two separate comings of the Messiah-the 1st coming as a suffering Messiah and the 2nd coming (still future) as a reigning King.
In the New Testament, we have another picture added. Again, we have two pictures painted which don’t look the same. These two different descriptions of Jesus’ coming point to two separate events we call “the rapture” and “the second coming.”
Proof #4: The Known Day and the Unknown Day
Concerning the return of Jesus, the Bible presents a day we can’t know and a day we can know. Matthew 25:13 says Jesus will return at an unknown time, while Revelation 12:6 says the Jews will have to wait 1,260 days for the Lord to return. The 1,260 days begins when the Antichrist stands in the Temple and declares himself to be God (Matt. 24:15-21, 2 Thess. 2:4) This event will take place at the mid-point of the seven year Tribulation (Dan 9:27). The Antichrist has authority to rule for 42 months, which is 1,260 days (Rev. 13:4) and will be destroyed by Jesus at His second coming (Rev. 19:20, 2 Thess. 2:8). The known and unknown days must happen at different times, meaning they are two separate events.
Proof #5: A door open in heaven (Revelation 4:1)
The door in heaven is opened to let John into heaven. We believe John’s call into heaven is prophetic of the church being caught up at the rapture (see proof #6). In Revelation 19:11, heaven is opened again, this time to let the armies which are already in heaven out. This is the Church, which has been raptured at a previous time, following Jesus out of heaven at the second coming.
Proof #6: “Come up here.” (Revelation 4:1)
A voice called for the apostle John to “Come up here,” and immediately he was in heaven. This could be a prophetic reference to the rapture of the Church. The words “Come up here” are spoken to the two witnesses who are killed in the middle of the Tribulation, who are resurrected and ascend into heaven (Rev. 11:12). Therefore, the phrase “Come up here” could mean the church is raptured in Rev. 4:1. The word “church” is mentioned 22 times in Rev. 1-3, but is not mentioned again until Rev. 22:17.
Proof #7: The 24 elders have their crowns.
After John is called up into heaven, he sees the 24 elders with their crowns (Rev. 4:4-10). We know that Christians will receive their rewards (crowns) at the rapture (2 Tim. 4:8, 1 Pet. 5:4). We will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous (Luke 14:14). The elders couldn’t receive their crowns unless the resurrection (rapture) has taken place.
Proof #8 Holy ones are already with Jesus in heaven (Zech. 14:5, Rev. 19:14)
The armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, follow Jesus out of heaven at His second coming (Rev. 19:14, Zech. 14:5, Col. 3:4). These are not angels because Rev. 19:8 tells us the fine linen is the righteousness of the saints. In order to come out of heaven we first have to go in, indicating a previous rapture.
Proof #9: Kept from the hour of testing (Rev. 3:10)
Revelation 3:10 says we will be kept out of the hour of testing which will come upon the whole earth (the Tribulation). Some have wrongly believed “keep” means to keep through, or protect through the Tribulation. Suppose you approach a high voltage area with a sign that says, “Keep Out.” Does that mean you can enter and be protected? No, it means you are forbidden from entering the area. But this verse also says He will keep us from the hour of testing. It is not just the testing, but the time period. If a student is excused from a test, he still may have to sit in the class while others take the test. But if he is excused from the hour of testing, he can go home. The Church will be called home before the hour of testing.
Proof #10: Angels don’t resurrect people when they gather them for judgment.
When the angels are sent forth to gather the elect at the second coming (Matt. 24:29-31), some have wrongly interpreted this as the rapture. There is one huge problem with this interpretation. If we are resurrected at this time, why would we need angels to gather us? In the resurrection, we will be like the angels (Matt. 22:30), able to travel in the air at will. Obviously, these people who are gathered are not resurrected, therefore it can’t be the rapture. No one would claim the wicked are raptured at this time, yet Matthew 13:39-41, 49 says the angels will not only gather the elect, but also the wicked. This gathering is not a resurrection.
Proof #11: Both the wicked and the righteous can’t be taken first.
First Thessalonians 4:13-17 says the righteous are taken and the wicked are left behind. Matthew 13:30, 49 says the wicked are taken first and righteous are left behind. This points to two separate events, the rapture and the second coming.
Proof #12: Jesus returns from the wedding.
When Jesus returns to earth at the second coming, He will return from a wedding (Luke 12:36). At the rapture, Jesus is married to His bride, the Church. After the wedding, He will return to earth.

Satan has his own version of “rapture” and the reason why you see on social media, a lot of these so called christian preachers or teachers are encouraging “rapture”and this is why a Christian shouldn’t encourage or waiting or wishing to be raptured because when satans so called “rapture” occurs it will deceived lost or lukewarm Christian’s that only looking forward to be raptured and they’re going to straight to hell but only those who are chosen or God’s elects are going to be raptured and if one is not part of the elects one is not going to be part of God’s rapture but God still is merciful and He’s going to rapture those purebloodchristians that held their faith will be in the end and remember what Jesus Christ said, that He will come like a thief in the night and for that we must be always READY..
I have studied the positions. More importantly, i believe what _God_ says. The fact that you recommend lectures from men is more of a reason to not believe the rapture doctrine. A Christian is supposed to believe what God says, not what deceived men think.

So invalidating scripture to suit your doctrine is not the best plan.

There were times in the early years when they were faithful but in the end they failed. God told them exactly what would happen. He told them they would be dispersed for a long time and then be brought back home. He told them that at the end of times there would be a time called the time of Jacobs trouble. He describes it over and over again in the old testament. It is about the Jewish people, not the church.
God gave the church two thousand years to witness to the world. Like the Jewish people the church started off pretty well. But also like the Jewish people the church became corrupted and failed. In no way has the whole world heard the good news and there’s no way that the Christian church which is many denominations is a witness to the world of who Jesus is. Think about Jesus walking through Judea with dust on his feet and then picture of the pope with the gold and the jewels and the artwork. But it’s not just Catholicism, certain Tele evangelist actually owns five jets and multiple mansions all paid four by the faithful sitting in the pews. They are churches now that actually have drag queens as part of the service. When the church age ends, which it well, we are at a time. During the tribulation God has selected two witnesses who will be in Jerusalem as well as 144,000 Jewish men from the tribes of Israel to witness the Messiah to the world. This is the second chance for Israel and they will not fail.The church will have finished its time, it’s appointed race, and the Lord is showing his kindness to Israel. It is not up to us to try and usurp what he’s doing. There probably will be some Gentile Christian witnesses as well who were not raptured but who saw the rapture and who were then converted. But they will have a hard life.
I have heard people say that “the church needs to be purified“. I think that’s pushed by people who feel guilty about their own lives. The fact is that my spirit my life was purified by Christ. I don’t have to be beaten or tortured or murdered. Jesus did it. He died for me and you. Nothing I can do is going to make me any better. Works don’t do it. The cross did it all.
Lastly Jesus himself told us to pray that we were worthy to escape the tribulation. Polycarp was the disciple of John the apostle. Irenaeus was the disciple of Polycarp. Irenaeus taught the pre-TRIB rapture so did Tertulian, so did the shepherd of Hermes. So did Cyprian. So did Ephraim the Syrian. The latest of these church fathers was about AD 373. The people who say that the early church did not teach the pre-TRIB rapture are apparently uneducated about what was taught at that time. The pre-TRIB rapture was about universally accepted. Isaiah also taught a pre-TRIB rapture. Look at chapter 26.
But I am sure that when we finally get to see our beloved face-to-face he’s not going to give us a theology quiz. He loves us just as we love him. He’ll welcome us home. He’s going to welcome Catholics who have rosary beads if they were born again. He’s going to welcome Methodists whose actively practicing lesbian archbishop has broken the church in half. He’s going to welcome evangelicals who have some pastors right now that are introducing New Age doctrine into Christianity. and he is going to welcome some who sit under those pastors who are preaching that we’re a little gods. And of course there are the Christian churches who preach that women are somehow second-class citizens because God punished half of Adams children if they happen to look like Eve which is not scriptural. It does not agree with Jeremiah or Ezekiel. As far as I can tell all of the denominations have problems one way or another and all of them are populated by some saints.
I believe those saints who love Christ and wait for his appearing will be raptured before the tribulation. I believe that because Jesus and Isaiah taught it. I believe that because John the apostle believed it. Polycarp and Iraneus preached it. But if I’m wrong, I’ll have my own personal rapture and I’ll still get to be with the Beloved. So will you, regardless of what you believe about the interpretation of Scripture. You stand for Christ and one day you will stand with him, face to face. Praise God for his goodness. We won’t have to deal with Satan then and we’ll have have the same understanding of Scripture, Jesus’s. Can’t wait.

I would disagree, since Revelation says there will be rescues or raptures throughout the Tribulation, and all real Christians are said to long for His appearing… if you don’t long for it, then it would seem you really might be trusting in your own works or suffering to save you.

I used to think it wasn't a salvation issue until I fully understood the Scriptures on this and the Bible-illiterate defence for a pre trib rapture by many.
1. It is *either* true or it is not but "God is Truth, in Him there is NO lie."
2. Without a love of the Truth, God Himself will send a strong delusion and that is mentioned IN 2Thessalonians 2, right after where it specifically refers to the gathering together of the saints to be caught up AND the warning not to let anyone deceive us.
3. In being utterly convinced that the Church won't be here when the lawless one is revealed and the motb arrives, those Christians will BE deceived by them and likely take the mark, thinking it's not it as they think they won't be here when it is implemented.
4. Pretribbers often try to make the argument, why would God allow us(the Church) to suffer in the tribulation, YET claim the tribulation saints are only Jews - His special chosen people! This makes no sense at all.
The "chosen people" must then suffer but not the Church (NOT God's chosen people? 🤔)
5. Tribulalation and WRATH are two totally separate Greek words, aimed at totally different sets of people at totally different times.
It is written, "We(the Church/body of Christ) are not appointed unto WRATH" which is God's fiery indignation against the wicked but we are GURANTEED tribulation - past, present and future.
Tribulation is from the enemy.
So as you can see, this may well be a salvation issue after all! 😓

I believe it depends on whether they are born again Christians, or those playing the part. And by that I mean the ones who are militant against the pretrib rapture and who are the ones saying despicable and hateful things against it, and against those who believe in it.
It’s fine to disagree, but when non-pretribbers get militant and say things like “the rapture is a lie from Satan” or “it’s from the pits of hell” or that we “don’t have the Holy Spirit in us”, well, I can’t help but question their salvation.

The word "mansions" to me points to the opulence of God's house compared to anything on earth.
"Mansion" just means dwelling. The original bible versions said "There are many ROOMS in my father's house .. which makes more sense. Rooms in a house vs. mansions in one house. Don't be disappointed if you don't get a "mansion"/huge home just for yourself. I'm sure whatever God provides will be nice though.
The word that is translated as "mansions" should actually read offices. Christ was making a direct reference to the millennial temple that is described in Ezekiel. There is a reason why Revelation states multiple times that Christians will be made priests. Anyone who is the least bit familiar with the Mosaic tabernacle and Solomon's temple ought to know that God's priests serve in a temple.

As a minister, I really enjoy your teaching the Bible, One of the papers I wrote in college was on the different eschatology of believers.
I would imagine that an interesting paper. As a person who’s just a true believer I find it difficult to read the hatred from those who prefer to believe they’re going through Tribulation. What’s an answer for them, or do we just pass them by? They do love to show great disdain and often downright hatred for the rest of us. It’s disconcerting. “Harpazo” The entire theory is hinged upon that single Greek word and other verses are cherry picked to confirm that one word and the theory behind it. It’s not enough for me. It doesn’t speak to the character of the Father nor the Son. All of the cherry picked verses can be concluded to assume it is referencing the Day of the Lord. In addition, keep in mind that John follows McArthur and has made the claim that during the time of Tribulation those who have taken the mark can be forgiven even though there is an angel flying around at that time warning everyone that the mark of the beast is final. NO PASTOR, NO ONE HAS ALL THE ANSWERS. The humility is needed to admit that “I DO NOT KNOW.” Not because one is spiritual unfit to not know, but because the truth is YET TO BE REVEALED.
I've got a debate going on at my(our) little church on this subject. Pre, pan, or post trib ? As a Pentacostal, of course I WANT this rapture to occur for us before the 7 years, who wouldn't ? But I want to know the truth, even if it spells some doom for me. So, here's my problem with feeling secure in a pre trib rapture- It is written that the antichrist/beast will "make war with the saints, and prevail against [some of us, or in some way]. Now we know the Jews are not the "saints", and we know that for us to be prevailed against, we'd have to still be here..
Can you assist me in being convinced one way or the other ?

You can show them. Proof of A Pre trib Rapture. Pay Attention to the cloud and Cloud's Jesus appears in and With. Acts chapter 1 verses 9 10 11 Cloud. In Red Luke chapter 21 verses 27 and 28 Jesus is coming in A Cloud the Rapture. This isn’t a salvation issue. So even if you are unsure about this, be sure that Jesus Christ is your savior.
Christ giving prophecies about His return makes it a salvation issue. Daniel was told by the angel Gabriel that the wicked will not understand God's prophecies. If someone doesn't understand prophecies that come from the God they claim to worship, that means they are not saved. A person would have to be pretty crazy to confidently claim that calling God a liar isn't a salvation issue.
Why does Jesus state four times in Chapter 6 in the Gospel of John that he will not lose any souls that God has given him, but will raise them up on the last day?
QUESTION: I like the idea of being raptured at our moment of death, but why would the Bible say in 1 Thes that those who are dead in Christ shall be raised up (group rapture) before those who are still alive?
Because they continue to rise) 2nd Corinthians 5:8...to be absent from this body is to be present with the Lord (As soon as one dies they go be go be with the Lord, that's the dead that shall rise first, that's who Christ is bringing with Him. When will physical death completely end? after the tribulation when Christ returns and all will be changed into a spiritual body.

You made a comment about "enduring the horrors of the antichrist" during the tribulation, as though that were the only thing that would be going on during the tribulation. I am mystified by that statement. I find that most of the Bible premillennial teachers who teach on eschatological issues and specifically the tribulation, almost always talk only about the antichrist and either ignore or gloss over all the other horrific things that will happen during the tribulation period. Frankly, it seems from reading Revelation that by the time the mark of the beast is instituted and that slaughtering of believers begins at the midpoint, a very substantial percentage, perhaps as much as half, of the people of the world will already be dead.
Why did you, and so many teachers, gloss over all the other terrible things that will happen? This is why so many people do not understand that the tribulation period is the wrath of God upon the whole world. They think it's just the antichrist persecuting believers and beheading them.
The Tribulation is NOT "The Wrath of God." While it will be horrific, those Christians who endure that 7 year period (by refusing to renounce Christ & refusing to take the Mark), will be taken to Heaven when Jesus returns for His people. After we leave with Him, THEN God will "pour out His Wrath" upon the earth & destroy it utterly. He will then completely re-create the Earth and it will be as Eden once was --- filled with pure beauty and God's presence.

1 Thes 4:16 disputes two of the gentleman’s points: (1) At a specific time the Lord himself descends with shout and trumpet and the dead in Christ rise first. So these are not in Heaven or elsewhere; they are rising first, just ahead of those who remain, who are then caught up. (2) The Lord descending is a “coming”. A second coming. There is no third coming in the Bible. So in summary, the events of 1 Thes 4/5 are simultaneous with those of 2 Thes 1. ----- 1 Thes does say that this day of the Lord (one day) will not happen until the falling away occurs and the man of sin (Antichrist) is revealed.

The bible teaches that the antichrist, when he signs a 7-year contract with Israel, is the start of the tribulation. At this time the antichrist has not been revealed so there has not been a 7-year contract signed with Israel, thus, we are not in the tribulation, though it feels like it. What we are seeing today is the rejection of God, just as it was in the days of Noah - people caring only for self, rejection of truth and blatant disregard of any morals. God bless you, my friend.

The error is in mixing prophetic statements taken out of context.
1. The Bible never says God is outside of time. All statements that seem to say this are misunderstandings by the believer.
2. Many tribulation statements are either for the Jews; 'all who endure to the end will be saved' is about the Jews being spared from the antiChrist. Further, 'Saints' could refer to the Jews or Christians, it doesn't necessarily only mean Christians.
3. Andy Woods Rapture Series is the most exhaustive arguments for all the erroneous interpretations surrounding the rapture/tribulation and really all prophecy. Please watch at least one and you'll see that he completely distroys all those who run around touting their pet theories.

If the Apostles believed what you write here, they must hqve been sadly disappointed because it didn't happen to them. They were persecuted and had to endure until they died.
I just had another pro-rapture thought the other day. Jesus took away all our sins and iniquities, when he died on the cross. The Tribulation will be 7 years of God's wrath on the earth for all sinners, non believers, etc.. If believer's sins have been wiped away from Jesus's sacrifice, why would God then punish them with his wrath during the Tribulation? It would make more sense (from a finite perspective) to rapture the believers and THEN have the Tribulation and His wrath on unbelievers, because their sins haven't been wiped away by grace. They refused to accept and believe. Just a thought...

Proof #1: Revelation 19:11-21 doesn’t mention a resurrection.
The rapture is a resurrection of those “in Christ” (1 Thess. 4:13-18). Isn’t it a little bit odd that in Rev. 19:11-21, which is the clearest picture of the second coming of Christ, there is no mention of a resurrection? The rapture will be the biggest event since the resurrection of Jesus where hundreds of millions of Christians will be resurrected and translated, yet there isn’t any mention here. Don’t you think it deserves at least one verse? The rapture isn’t mentioned because it doesn’t happen at the second coming.
Proof #2: Zechariah 14:1-15 doesn’t mention a resurrection.
This is an Old Testament picture of Jesus returning to earth at the second coming. Again, no mention of a resurrection.
Proof #3: Two different pictures are painted.
In the Old Testament, there were two different pictures painted of the Messiah-one suffering (Isa. 53:2-10, Ps. 22:6-8, 11-18) and one reigning as King (Ps. 2:6-12, Zech. 14:9,16). As we look back on these scriptures, we see they predicted two separate comings of the Messiah-the 1st coming as a suffering Messiah and the 2nd coming (still future) as a reigning King.
In the New Testament, we have another picture added. Again, we have two pictures painted which don’t look the same. These two different descriptions of Jesus’ coming point to two separate events we call “the rapture” and “the second coming.”
Proof #4: The Known Day and the Unknown Day
Concerning the return of Jesus, the Bible presents a day we can’t know and a day we can know. Matthew 25:13 says Jesus will return at an unknown time, while Revelation 12:6 says the Jews will have to wait 1,260 days for the Lord to return. The 1,260 days begins when the Antichrist stands in the Temple and declares himself to be God (Matt. 24:15-21, 2 Thess. 2:4) This event will take place at the mid-point of the seven year Tribulation (Dan 9:27). The Antichrist has authority to rule for 42 months, which is 1,260 days (Rev. 13:4) and will be destroyed by Jesus at His second coming (Rev. 19:20, 2 Thess. 2:8). The known and unknown days must happen at different times, meaning they are two separate events.
Proof #5: A door open in heaven (Revelation 4:1)
The door in heaven is opened to let John into heaven. We believe John’s call into heaven is prophetic of the church being caught up at the rapture (see proof #6). In Revelation 19:11, heaven is opened again, this time to let the armies which are already in heaven out. This is the Church, which has been raptured at a previous time, following Jesus out of heaven at the second coming.
Proof #6: “Come up here.” (Revelation 4:1)
A voice called for the apostle John to “Come up here,” and immediately he was in heaven. This could be a prophetic reference to the rapture of the Church. The words “Come up here” are spoken to the two witnesses who are killed in the middle of the Tribulation, who are resurrected and ascend into heaven (Rev. 11:12). Therefore, the phrase “Come up here” could mean the church is raptured in Rev. 4:1. The word “church” is mentioned 22 times in Rev. 1-3, but is not mentioned again until Rev. 22:17.
Proof #7: The 24 elders have their crowns.
After John is called up into heaven, he sees the 24 elders with their crowns (Rev. 4:4-10). We know that Christians will receive their rewards (crowns) at the rapture (2 Tim. 4:8, 1 Pet. 5:4). We will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous (Luke 14:14). The elders couldn’t receive their crowns unless the resurrection (rapture) has taken place.
Proof #8 Holy ones are already with Jesus in heaven (Zech. 14:5, Rev. 19:14)
The armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, follow Jesus out of heaven at His second coming (Rev. 19:14, Zech. 14:5, Col. 3:4). These are not angels because Rev. 19:8 tells us the fine linen is the righteousness of the saints. In order to come out of heaven we first have to go in, indicating a previous rapture.
Proof #9: Kept from the hour of testing (Rev. 3:10)
Revelation 3:10 says we will be kept out of the hour of testing which will come upon the whole earth (the Tribulation). Some have wrongly believed “keep” means to keep through, or protect through the Tribulation. Suppose you approach a high voltage area with a sign that says, “Keep Out.” Does that mean you can enter and be protected? No, it means you are forbidden from entering the area. But this verse also says He will keep us from the hour of testing. It is not just the testing, but the time period. If a student is excused from a test, he still may have to sit in the class while others take the test. But if he is excused from the hour of testing, he can go home. The Church will be called home before the hour of testing.
Proof #10: Angels don’t resurrect people when they gather them for judgment.
When the angels are sent forth to gather the elect at the second coming (Matt. 24:29-31), some have wrongly interpreted this as the rapture. There is one huge problem with this interpretation. If we are resurrected at this time, why would we need angels to gather us? In the resurrection, we will be like the angels (Matt. 22:30), able to travel in the air at will. Obviously, these people who are gathered are not resurrected, therefore it can’t be the rapture. No one would claim the wicked are raptured at this time, yet Matthew 13:39-41, 49 says the angels will not only gather the elect, but also the wicked. This gathering is not a resurrection.
Proof #11: Both the wicked and the righteous can’t be taken first.
First Thessalonians 4:13-17 says the righteous are taken and the wicked are left behind. Matthew 13:30, 49 says the wicked are taken first and righteous are left behind. This points to two separate events, the rapture and the second coming.
Proof #12: Jesus returns from the wedding.
When Jesus returns to earth at the second coming, He will return from a wedding (Luke 12:36). At the rapture, Jesus is married to His bride, the Church. After the wedding, He will return to earth.
Proof #13: Jesus will receive us to Himself, not us to receive Him (John 14:2-3).
Jesus said He would prepare a place for the Church in heaven, then He would come again to receive us to Himself. Why would Jesus prepare a place for us in heaven and then not take us there? At the rapture, He will come to receive us to Himself, “that where I am (heaven), there you may be also.” If the rapture occurred at the same time as the second coming, we would go up to the clouds and then immediately come back to earth. That would contradict John 14:2-3.
Proof #14: The one who restrains is taken out of the way.
In 2 Thess. 2:6-7, Paul says “the one who restrains will be taken out of the way” before the Antichrist can be revealed. We believe this refers to the rapture because the Church is clearly the biggest obstacle to the Antichrist becoming a world ruler.
Proof #15: The separation of the sheep and goats (Matt. 25:31-46)
If the rapture occurred at the second coming, why would the sheep and the goats need to be separated immediately after the second coming? A rapture at the second coming would have already separated the sheep and the goats. With a Pre-Tribulation rapture, the people saved after the rapture will need to be separated after the second coming.
Proof #16: Who will populate the Millennium?
If the rapture occurs at the second coming and the wicked are cast into hell at that time, who will be left to populate the millennium? Only people in their natural (non-resurrected) bodies will be able to have children (Matt. 22:30). With a Pre-Tribulation rapture, the people saved after the rapture who are alive at the second coming will populate the earth during the Millennium.

While I don’t think that not believing in the rapture disqualifies one from getting raptured. I believe the church needs to have a conversation about those who TEACH that there is no pre trib rapture or no rapture at all. Reason I say this is because when you look at the fruits that the teaching of post trib rapture/no rapture is where I see the most secular churches. Reason being is that when you teach people that there is no urgency or pressure to get right with Jesus and to believe in him now before it’s too late, and tell them that they have time to get right with him because they will be able to see him coming from a mile away. That is when you plant a seed of disobedience to Christ. Because why would any sinner live right when they know for a fact that they have a 3.5 year window to do so. The moment the abomination of desolation happens , any educated Christian will say “ok Christ is coming in 3.5 years so I better get it together. But when I look at churches that believe that Christ can come back today at this very moment, I notice that these Christian’s are by far some of the most God fearing and Christ yearning people I have ever met. Pre trib believers put Christ at the center of everything they do in life, because they believe his return is any day now. Could you imagine that a post trib teacher on CZcams could be the reason why thousands of believers are living in sin because they thought they had time to get their life in order. I don’t even want to think about what the consequences would be. Perhaps that consequence could be….the 7 year tribulation.

The word of God is simple. The Rapture theory is a lie and that’s why it’s confusing.
It’s impossible for too many to believe what Jesus tells us. Thankfully I’m not one; when He says He will keep me from the hour that is to come, I know I can surely believe my Savior. He does not, cannot lie. That’s mankind’s thing. A lot of it getting spread around. I wonder why they’re even here since they can’t believe God’s Word, but that’s their choice, their problem.
It's very simple to me . A Father's love for His children , instructing them through His Son to watch and pray that you may escape what's coming upon the whole world because of their iniquity and rejection of Him . As evil increases , the time for judgement comes nearer . God is a God of rescue before judgement , as evidenced many times in His Word . That's why our generation is compared to Noah's . Evil had increased in the whole world , and had to be dealt with . Noah and his family were rescued , as was Daniel , Shadrach , Meshach , and Abednego , the Israelites from Egypt , Lot from Sodom and Gomorrah , Moses , Paul and Silas , and the list goes on and on . What would be the reason and purpose of being told to watch and pray to escape these things , and being told that we would be kept from the hour of trial that's coming upon the whole world , if we have to go through it anyway ? Doesn't make sense to me . Who's being punished once the Seals are opened up by the Lion from the Tribe of Judah , also seen as the Lamb that was slain ? An interesting related topic is the supernatural changing of the KJV verse Isaiah 11 : 6 . Whereas it used to read , The Lion shall lay down with the lamb , it now reads The wolf ALSO shall DWELL with the lamb . The word ALSO infers in addition to , and DWELLS means a long side of , but separate , not as ONE . These are wolves in sheep's clothing that are trying to destroy our Blessed Hope , but their efforts are in vain , as He said that His Sheep hear His voice . Jesus tells us the rapture happens immediately after the tribulation. He also says the great tribulation is 3 and a 1/2 years,not seven Years.
